Beautiful apartment

Family of 5 spent 10 nights here and we can fully recommend it. The apartment is spacious, had everything you need, the pool is amazing and the tennis court and football. All very much enjoyed by our teen boys. Antonella is so kind, friendly and will provide any advice you need, fully recommend this accommodation. Thank you!

Spacious Apartment

We stayed for a week here and had a fabulous time. The apartment was very spacious, had excellent amenities including a shared pool and tennis court, which our 3 kids aged 12, 15 and 18 thoroughly enjoyed. There was no need for a hire car as the apartment was within walking distance of the lake. Antonella and Fabio were excellent hosts. We will definitely be returning

Está bien aunque tiene alguna deficiencia

La casa es amplia y cómoda pero el wifi solo funciona en la terraza. El espacio para cocinar es un poco justo, pero nos hemos adaptado bien. Es un buen sitio para estar si quieres visitar otras ciudades conocidas aparte del lago, ja que está a una hora o hora y poco entre Milan y Venecia. La zona de la piscina está muy bien, también tiene futbolín y pin pon. En general la estancia ha sido muy agradable y Fabbio ha sido muy amable con las indicaciones y cuando le hemos pedido algo.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war toll! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Antonella empfangen, welche uns auch direkt mit tollen Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt hat und jederzeit für uns ansprechbar war. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem die riesige Terrasse morgens und abends sehr genossen.Das Gelände wird hier sehr gepflegt.Sehr zu empfehlen ist die kleine Pizzeria die Straße runter, hier gibt es sehr leckere Steinofenpizza zu einem fairen Preis, die man nach einem vollgepackten Tag auch mitnehmen und auf der schönen Terrasse genießen kann.Unsere Kinder waren völlig begeistert von dem Pool und dem Tennisplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite und auch Tischtennis konnten wir spielen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, man läuft 10 Minuten runter zum Strand und in die Altstadt von Desenzano und kann dort den Blick auf See und Berge genießen und schön essen gehen.Man kann tolle Tagesausflüge nach Verona, Venedig, Sirmione, Mailand und ins Gardaland oder den Moviepark unternehmen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhige und erholsame Woche

Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Anwesen.Räume sind wie beschrieben.Pool und Whirlpool konnte mitgenutzt werden. Nach einem Ausflugstag sehr schön.Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Super für Familien geeignet, die Abstriche bei modern-schicker Einrichtung machen können ;)

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche zu fünft (drei Erwachsene, zwei kleine Kinder) im "Country Esmara" in der großen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sehr nette Gastgeber, schöner Pool, super Pizzeria in der Nähe, auch die Supermärkte / Bäckerei sind gut erreichbar (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Alles war sauber, das Bad und die Küche sind halt ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen", die Ausstattung der Küche eher "basic" - wer mit so etwas gut leben kann ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Im Zweifel einfach ein viertes Weinglas oder eine Eiswürfelform dazukaufen ;) Unsere Kinder fanden auch das Stockbett toll. (Top für Familien: Es gibt eine 7kg Waschmaschine. Schwachpunkt: Dafür leider keine Spülmaschine...) Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 3 / rot) in der Nähe (Haltestelle "Vighenze"), allerdings fährt der Bus immer nur über einen recht langen Umweg (Bahnhof etc.) zum Strand - vom Strand nach Hause sind es dafür nur wenige Haltestellen. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist, wenn man nicht ganz "gehfaul" ist, ist alles gut machbar auch ohne Auto. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hätten uns z.B. auch vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Hinweis: Einchecken am gelben Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite (also bei Villagio Esmara), dort findet man die Gastgeber. Ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschirm auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse wäre noch toll, damit man auch morgens zum Frühstück den Tisch beschatten kann - aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben es insgesamt sehr genossen bei Antonella & Fabio!

Great holiday

We enjoyed a 12 night stay in the apartment, which was large and in a lovely setting. The owners are really nice and helpful. The communal pool area was a bonus and my boys really enjoyed swimming and playing tennis and football there. The only downside was the wifi which was a bit intermittent which bothered our teenagers but overall the accommodation was great. We recommend getting anti insect repellant as we got quite bitten at night so be careful of sitting out on the lovely terrace without taking precautions.

Tres bin sejour dans un tres joli cadre!!!

Dans une magnifique region le loyer est tres correct car il y a toute une infrastructure piscine ,jaccuzi, tennis, terrain ombragé etc... Le logement est equipe de la clim tres appreciee par cette canicule.

Ferienwohnung entspricht in keinster Weise den Bildern

Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett veraltet und abgewohnt. Das Bad ist an vielen Stellen kaputt und entspricht keinen Standart einer Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist karg und die Küche besteht aus einem alten Gasherd und einem großen E-mail Ausguss Becken, durch den Abfluss dringt ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Das Treppenhaus ist zum Teil unverputzt. Die Vermieterin Antonella ist sehr nett und freundlich, dies macht aber den katastrophalen Zustand der Wohnung nicht weg. Wir hatten am zweiten Tag überlegt wieder abzureisen.

superb apartment in a great location

A fabulous apartment with a large terrace, looking out over stunning countryside, a 15 minute walk from Lake Garda. 30 minutes from the railway station, where there are regular trains to Verona, Venice and Milan. There was a modern, clean swimming pool, with plenty of loungers. The owners were superb, helping us with ideas for days out and information for shopping. We would definitely use this 3 bedroom apartment again. We had a brilliant holiday.
