6PC7 - Saint Laurent de la Salanque - Family villa type T4, with garden, terrace and private pool, furnished equipped for 6 people.
Just 5 minutes from the beaches of Barcarès and Torreilles.

Located in a residential area, come and enjoy this very quiet area and relax around the pool.
The villa consists of a main room US kitchen on living room with bays giving access to the terrace and pool all on one level.
The kitchen is equipped oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer US, with central island.
The living room with sofa relax and TV.
Three bedrooms with a bed 2 people, fully equipped storage.
Superb terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, private pool 9 m x 4 m, deckchairs. Swimming pool open in season.
Garage with freezer and washing machine. Wifi access. Party not allowed.

Optional extras: linen is not provided but it is possible to book in advance and pick it up at the key.

End of stay cleaning option to ask the agency: 235 €
