Not as the headline picture

The picture is not as the accomodation which is a gated concrete block of appartments. The bedroom is under 2mts wide an 3 mtrs long win no furniture. Despite thos we hsd a nice holiday vsiting st Nazaire and la Boule.

L'appartement est en fait dans un lotissement assez kitsch (fausses colonnes grecques...), mais joli et bien équipé. Il manque le Wifi. Beaux endroits à découvrir dans les alentours. La piscine est grande et trÚs propre. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. La "présidente" du lotissement ressemble un peu à un garde chiourme ! bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Vacances parfaites en famille : emplacement idéal, confort et tranquillité à deux pas de La Baule

Nous avons passĂ© des vacances inoubliables en famille dans cet appartement, idĂ©alement situĂ© et parfaitement adaptĂ© Ă  nos besoins. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© charmĂ©s par l'emplacement exceptionnel : Ă  seulement 10 minutes de La Baule et des commoditĂ©s telles que le supermarchĂ©, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre sĂ©jour sans passer trop de temps en dĂ©placements. L'appartement est le plus proche de la piscine, ce qui a ravi nos enfants de 6 et 11 ans qui ont pu en profiter pleinement. Nous avons Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme de la rĂ©sidence, un vĂ©ritable havre de paix aprĂšs nos journĂ©es bien remplies. La terrasse spacieuse Ă©tait parfaite pour nos repas en famille et pour se dĂ©tendre en fin de journĂ©e. Tout est pensĂ© pour rendre le sĂ©jour agrĂ©able : l’appartement est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©, il ne manque rien (Ă  part les serviettes de toilette, Ă  apporter). La dĂ©coration soignĂ©e mĂ©rite une mention spĂ©ciale, elle contribue vraiment Ă  l’ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante du lieu. Enfin, la communication avec le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© fluide et agrĂ©able, il s'est montrĂ© disponible et rĂ©actif Ă  toutes nos questions. En rĂ©sumĂ©, cet appartement est un vĂ©ritable coup de cƓur, parfait pour des vacances en famille, nous y reviendrons sans hĂ©siter !

Appartement trÚs agréable, propre et bien équipé. Chambre et canapé-lit trÚs confortables. Procédure d'arrivée trÚs simple. Le tout dans une résidence calme.
