Large flat fully fenced section ideal for putting up volleyball nets etc.
Beach 1 minute walk away down track two houses away.
Special conditions:
dogs allowed but please be considerate to neighbours with no barking

Suitable for up to 8 people due to sewarge system.

Great dog friendly place, a short stroll to beach and store

Our two dogs loved the fenced in section and brekkie on the sunny back deck was good! The kitchen was well equipped and the place felt spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable Kiwi batch

Well stocked kitchen, batch has all you need for a comfortable stay. This is our second visit and we love that we can bring our dog. The beach is beautiful and only a couple of min walk away. Owner replies quickly and is helpful, thank you for having us to stay again

There were a few things needing maintenance but none of these spoilt a magic few days at an amazing beach. I’m looking forward to returning.

The maintenance issues you mention we are aware of but due to Warwick having an unexpected Heart Attack at the beginning of December followed by heart surgery it has been impossible for us to go to Whangapoua to attend to the issues. We always keep up to date with issues when health allows.

Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was fantastic and had everything we needed. The location is brilliant with a short walk to the beautiful Whangapoua Beach. The section is fenced and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog away with us. We would love to come again! Highly recommend.

The house was reasonably clean when we arrived but there were a lot of small repairs needed inside and the mattresses in 2 of the 3 rooms were very old, worn and stained. Amenity description around supply of linen was not clear and should be more prominent. Also the mosquitoes were a real issue for us. Proximity to beach was a highlight.

Please let us know what needs fixing as we always keep the bach well maintained. In the 10 years or so we have been renting we have never had a problem with people being aware they need to bring their linen. If they are travelling from overseas they always ask to rent linen. All very clear on the website if you read it through. As we live 190km we could not supply linen but a very kind friend delivered sheets and towels for us to the property within 12 minutes of you asking me for some.

Good value for money

Great bach for a small family, had everything one would need on holiday, beds not that comfy but ok, shower and kitchen fine. Great to have decks to hang out on and front yard for tent if wanted. Nice and close to the walkway to the beach, 2 min walk. Good spot, thanks for sharing.
