This light and bright two storey holiday home has been positioned to maximize the magnificent 180-degree sea and island views of Granite Island right around to The Bluff. As soon as you arrive to this holiday home you will feel relaxed and automatically in holiday mode. Don’t forget to pack the wine! Wi-Fi and linen included! Beds made.
The Space:
Family friendly, amazing location - and with only a short drive you will find yourself at the beach where you can enjoy a swim, a nice walk on the beach or even go out boating. The boat ramp is only a few minutes away from this holiday home. Restaurants and cafes with water views are very close to this holiday home. A perfect space for the children to play as this area is fully fenced with play equipment.
The property has the following layout:
Upstairs:
A spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Living area has reverse cycle air conditioning, opens out to the impressive, full length, extra wide rear balcony and perfect for entertaining or purely relaxing.
The living area has plenty of seating areas and a large smart TV.
The dining room has a large table and chairs to seat 8 people. There is also an extra coffee table and chairs to seat another 2 people.
The stylish kitchen is well stocked and features an island bench, dishwasher, electric cooking, pura tap, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more!
The Master Bedroom features a queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV and ensuite bathroom leading off the bedroom.
Bedroom four has a double size bed, ceiling fan and built-in robes.
There is also an extra powder room with a second toilet and basin.
Downstairs layout:
The second living area has its own reverse cycle air conditioning, plenty of seating area as well as a smart TV. This area opens out to the entertainment patio and extensively lawned back yard with magnificent views. A BBQ is available for use in the downstairs patio area.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and views.
Bedroom three has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and a built-in robe.
The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.
A separate laundry has a washing machine, basin and clothes dryer.
There is plenty of off-street car parking, with two undercover parking areas in the carport.
