All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
• Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
• Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
• Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
