Condo was great, perfect location ahead of moving daughter into Coastal Carolina University. Owner was fantastic to deal with.Answered questions immediately. Smooth check in and check out.Simply a perfect trip start to finishClean, efficient, walking distance to great restaurants and bars.Highly recommend!Definitely will be renting again.Kudos to host!

Great stay in a clean room with a beautiful view!! It’s a nice room and just needs a few minor repairs. It does seem that they plan to paint as there was spackle in some areas. The bathroom cabinet needs to be updated as well as you can see the wear and tear on the bottom. Those are just small things that DID NOT affect our stay. I do suggest different patio furniture as the current furniture is the beach chairs you see on the actual beach and are basically on the ground. The check in process was smooth and quick and the staff was friendly. I loved the fact that there’s no key cards to keep up with. The host was very responsive. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed the room, and the property as a whole. The pools and building itself were extremely clean. Jeff answered all questions I had quickly, and thoroughly and was so polite. 10/10 i highly recommend
