Located just minutes from Motorized Lake Wallenpaupack, this property is perfect for those seeking both adventure and relaxation. Historic towns like Hawley and Honesdale are a short drive away, offering a variety of dining and recreational options. Guests can enjoy public boat launches or boat rentals during the day and unwind in the evening with a range of amenities.



This lodge is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a 7-person hot tub, an outdoor sauna, an arcade machine, a pool table, and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces. With ample space for relaxation and fun, Lakeville Lodge is ideal for families and groups looking to create lasting memories.

Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far in the woods. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.



Lakeville Lodge is conveniently located 100 miles from NYC and 2.5 hours from Philadelphia. Grocery shopping is easy with the Rosie app for local delivery. Nearby attractions include Woodloch Resort, Elk Mountain, Poconos, Big Bear, and Lake Wallenpaupack!

Lakeville Lodge is conveniently located 100 miles from NYC and 2.5 hours from Philadelphia. Guests can enjoy local attractions such as Woodloch Resort, Lake Wallenpaupack, local wineries and brewery's, and more.



Getting Around:

Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $999 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.



Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
