Great condo in Breckenridge
This condo is nicely renovated and clean. It is perfect for four people to stay in comfortably. We walked to and from downtown easily for dinner and shopping. Tiffany was easy to reach with any questions.

BEST PLACE IN BRECK!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - Hands down the best find in Breckenridge! Quiet street, easy walk to everything, place was spotless. My family of 3 enjoyed this incredible find in downtown Breckenridge. Tiffany was great to work with and the place was new, fresh and spotless! WAY better than a hotel (and the price was fabulous compared to hotels in breck!)Well stocked kitchen and the indoor parking was a BIG BONUS. We parked the car and left it as everything was really close and easy to walk to. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Stay in Breckenridge – Highly Recommend!
We just had an amazing stay at this condo in Breckenridge, and I can’t recommend it enough! The price was a great deal compared to hotels in Breck, especially for a family. You get a lot more space and comfort for your money here. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how new and clean the space was. It was clear that everything was recently renovated, and it was perfect for our family.Also the condo is in a prime spot – easy walk to everything you need yet nestled on a quiet street that gives you the peaceful mountain vibe. Exactly as described! Literally 5 minutes walking to everything.The indoor car parking was also big plus, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need! Overall, this condo was the perfect home base for our mountain adventure. If you’re planning a trip to Breck, this is your spot!

Snowboarding trip but no equipment allowed:(
After booking we received our check in package. In bold highlighted yellow it stated no ski, boards, or boots allowed inside property. Not convenient for a snowboarding vacation. We wish we would have been told this major detail prior to booking. Once on our trip we stored our gear in the back of the vehicle we rented in the provided inside parking space. The garage door was broken during our stay and we then had to park at the end of the block outside. Which was not convenient and did not feel safe. In a positive - Unit was clean.

Please allow us to address a specific policy regarding ski equipment in our home. Due to past experiences with damage caused by ski equipment, we kindly request that guests do not bring such items inside the home. This is akin to the practice of not bringing bicycles indoors. To accommodate your needs, we offer several alternatives, including recommendations for ski locker rentals at the base of Peak 9, complete with contact information for your convenience. You elected not to utilize that provided option. Utilizing a ski locker at the mountain base significantly eases the burden of transporting your equipment to and from the slopes.
Regarding the garage door incident during your stay, we wish to express our regret for any inconvenience the two evening parked outside caused. Unfortunately, someone running into the garage door was an unforeseen accident beyond our control.
We hope that these measures and clarifications will enhance your understanding and overall experience. Thank you once again for choosing our accommodations.
