Beautiful condo

The pictures do not do this beautifully appointed condo justice. It was so pretty and had every single thing we needed. Jackie was quick to respond when I had questions as well as accommodating us for checking in early and out later. The location was fantastic. We could walk everywhere. Our boys enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and game room. Peak 9 closed the day after we arrived, so check that date if you are skiing later in the spring. However, we could hop on the bus shuttle for Peak 8 easily. The stop is a stone's throw from the condo. We highly recommend and hope to be back!

Perfect family ski trip.

We took our four young (9,7,7,4) kids to the gathering pointe and this place was a great landing spot after a day on the slopes. It was close enough the 4yo could nap in the afternoons after lessons and the rest of us could take turns skiing more. The game room and hot tubs were a huge hit for our family and the kids made a lot of friends there too. The condo itself was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The heated onsite garage parking was so convenient. Jackie responds almost immediately to any inquiry and even granted us a late checkout at departure which made wrangling a big family a bit less stressful.

Absolutely Amazing!!

This was truly the most amazing place to stay in Breckenridge!! As soon as we walked in it felt like our home away from home. The unit was so clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! We also all loved the amenities on site multiple hot tubs, heated pool with basketball hoop and kid area, steam room, sauna, games, and private game and movie rooms you can reserve. We did it all and the location is a short walk to Main Street.

Convenient

The unit was very well equipped. The host was quick to address any issues. Not quite ski in/ski out but only a 100 yard walk to the Quicksilver lift. Walkable to all attractions in Breck. Would recommend this unit to others, but not for more than six people including kids.

This condo is beautifully decorated, extremely well stocked on all items for every room, comfortable and a fantastic location. Steps from everything - quicksilver lift, ski school, ski rentals, restaurants, shops, game room, gym, sauna and hot tubs. All digital access garage and condo and check in/out process. Friendly and responsive management, though we had zero issues. My family and I have been coming to Breckenridge to ski for eleven years and this is our new favorite place to stay.

Great spot

The condo is in a great location, near the ski lifts and just one block from Main Street. The owner was very helpful, and I would definitely rent it again.

Would definitely recommend! Clear and comprehensive comms from the host. Clean comfortable place. Easy ski in ski out. Easy to get to shared hot tub area. Minor things but there was no small kindling for fireplace, and bottom bunk in bunk bed hard to sit up without smacking your head

Ski getaway

Place was fantastic, and impossible to have a better location. Lift is a very short walk, as are restaurants, barts, and ski rentals. The owner was super responsive. I’ll be back again next year, and would recommend this amazing place to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful!

The condo was perfect for our Christmas vacation! Beautifully and tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of extras (towels, toilet paper, soap, etc). Jackie was super helpful, even to the extent of stepping out of a church service to help us when I had either misread or missed some access instructions. It’s an easy and short walk to town and the Quicksilver lift, but if you need to go further the free shuttle is just steps away. 10/10 recommend!!

Great place to stay!

Everything was great. The only problem was that the shower in the main bedroom did not work. If that is fixed I would stay here again!

Fishing get away

So close to everything in downtown Breck and the host was extremely helpful with providing information on what to do during our visit. She was very responsive to my questions and requests. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent stay

Beautiful place to stay. Full kitchen was great for cooking, and large bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Ammenities of the pool, workout area, movie theatre and game room were wonderful to have for the kids! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Great property in a perfect location in the ski village and right by downtown shops, restaurants and gondola/lifts. So many nearby hiking trails. Close to nearly everything you could want or need. Comfortable furnishings throughout the condo. Very well cleaned and taken care of. Great to have a parking spot available for our rental car. Would definitely rent here again.

Wow!

This place is much bigger than it even looks in pictures. Do not hesitate to book. It’s walking distance to everything in Breck, my kids lived at the rec center which is the shortest walk so I felt comfortable sending them ahead of us, and we frequented mi casa across the street for a great happy hour. Super comfortable beds and everything you’ll need. Would stay again a heartbeat. You’ll love it!

Perfect location

This place was great, you have access to the mountain and Main Street all within walking distance! The amenities are like no other place in breck, the hot tubs, indoor pool, and free video games for the kids to play! Would definitely suggest to anyone!

We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 18 to 28 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat "The Gathering Pointe" . . .a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have a large extended family and whether it be at the lake in the summertime or the mountains throughout the year, we see this retreat as being another extension of all the fun times we've had making memories together. Our Faith, Family, Friends about sums it up for us!

Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the historic charm of Breckenridge is what caught our attention! in 2014 we bought our 1st investment rental property a 3 bedroom /3.5 bath in Breckenridge and loved it so much that we decided to purchase our 2nd property which is this 2bedroom/2.5 bath in the same great location and building! This property has it all with its ski in, ski out venue at the base of peak 9, only 1 block to Main Street. We saw it as the perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for us are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are walking distance from everything makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.
