Clean and convenient to the falls.Great condo for 2 couples to spend a couple days in Niagra Falls, OntarioSuggested improvements: Guest Book with a list of reasonable Restaurants in the immediate area.

Excellent choice

First time here and it was an excellent choice of accommodation with family. The place was clean and convenient. The owner was easy to reach and was able to guide us during check in. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

This is a small space. It does not have a futon in the bedroom as listed. It does not have king beds. It is definitely not luxury. It’s fine and clean but not luxury.

This place is not within walking distance from the falls, also house was not ready at 4 pm even tho check in time is at 4. Nobody said anything about running late. Called owner like 4 times till he answered.

There were no blinds or curtains in one bedroom. The bedrooms are small with no dresser or place to put your luggage. I ended up putting the suitcase on the closet floor. Wall to wall bed. No ice cube trays or ice maker. Would have been nice to have ice for drinks. 20 stairs to get up to it, which I didn't remember reading about. The place was very clean. Easy parking.

There were details described in the VRBO ad, as well as the general state of the home, facilitated this poor rating. Here is the list of identified inaccuracies & problems:- ad states spices are available. Other than salt and pepper, there are no spices.- ad states that king size beds are in both bedrooms. They are queen size beds, not king size.- ad says there is a futon available. There is no futon in this apartment. There was a blow up mattress in a closet, which is definitely not a futon.- ad states there are bidets in both bathrooms. There are no bidets in the home.- ad states there are hair dryers in both bathrooms. There was only one hair dryer in the home. - Towels were ripped or had holes in them.- Dish towels were stained/dirty.- There was pink mold on the shower curtain.- There was black mold in the grout of the stand up shower.- The right side sink in the double vanity was clogged and would not drain until I used a plunger to unclog it.- The roll down blinds in the kitchen/dining area would not stay down.- There was one vanity light out over the sinks in both bathrooms.Add this to the fact that when I complained to owner that nothing had been cleaned in the home, after we gave him the hour past the normal check in time of 4 p.m., he asked that I give him more time to arrange cleaners & offered to refund the first day of rent. I accepted this compromise & four hours after check-in time, we occupied the home. It has been 11 days, and still no refund.
