The reason for the three stars is the noisy heat pump which is literally inside the master bedroom. I had a terrible sleep! I don't understand the design. Otherwise, the second bedroom was fine and the place was clean and pleasant.

Modern unit and well organized,clean,very fast internet,quiet neighborhood,spacious and made our stay fulfilling and comfortable. Will recommend to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. Better accommodation than our Hilton timeshare. Thanks Boora.

The condo was clean and surprisingly bright for an underground unit. Suraj was very responsive and we had no issues at all with our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, well-located place to stay for a few days in Niagara Falls.

The apartment is relatively new, and everything is clean. Plan to bring your own coffee, there is a note that the coffee there is not for your use. The area it is located in is a bit rough but the location is an easy drive to the falls, easy to get to driving in and there as a Walmart just a mile away. The bedrooms are VERY tight. Only one bedside stand fits in the "larger" room. The patio is not someplace anyone would choose to sit on. I reported a problem - a fixture that was coming out of the wall, that we discovered when we were there. Sadly, we are now being charged for the problem, being told it wasn't there before. We're in our 70's, and very docile. We didn't do the damage. Consequently, I cannot say I would recommend this aparment to others.

This space was exactly as advertised and was perfect for my family and I. It was only a few minutes to Niagara and was far enough away that it was quiet!The host was very kind and respectful.

We were booked for 3 nights but only stayed one night. Then we had to scramble to find other lodgings for the remainder of our stay because there was no hot water.

Cozy 2 Condo

The condo was just as it was described, it was great location for where we wanted to go and do things. It had almost we needed, it was clean. There was only 4 K-cups left and no dishwasher detergent. And there was a large dead spider underneath the chair in the living room, these are the only things you I could complain about if I had to. Suraj responded very quickly to the few questions that I had, alway polite and personable.

Fantastic property

This property was well maintained with brand new everything. It was very clean and close to the attractions. The neighbors were quiet. We would recommend this as a base for exploring Niagara Falls.
