House was very clean and nicely decorated!! Beds were very comfortable!! Very convenient to downtown Dawsonville. Hope to come back next year!!

We had an amazing stay! The property was spotless and exactly as described. The location is perfect in a quiet cove with an easy walk to the dock. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our favorite place we’ve stayed so far! Enjoyed fishing down on the dock. The house is comfortable and the beds are comfy. Close to many attractions (Amicalola Falls, Helen, Dahlonega, etc). Definitely would recommend!

Great Lake Life getaway!

We are constantly on the go with crazy schedules, this vacations spot is exactly what we needed. Kids love the fishing and hike up and down to the dock tired them out. Nearby we found ice skating, hiked stone mountain and Margaritaville had a snow tubing adventure the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back.

Celebrating the graduate.

What a wonderful place to connect as a family. Wonderful walk to the dock to enjoy the water in a private cove. House was the perfect size , very comfortable and felt like home. The owner was responsive and very easy to work with . Oh and it rained the whole weekend - and we still had an amazing time out in the screened porch!

Welcoming & Comfortable

Welcoming. Clean in every aspect. Spa like considerations with luxurious and comfortable bedding and towels. Owners placed great consideration with decor and meeting your needs in mind. View is wonderful. Location was excellent for North Georgia Revival and Christ Fellowship Church events. Host was gracious and welcoming. We will definitely revisit.

Lake House Gem

We spent fifteen days and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thanksgiving with our grandchildren. Can't get better than that. Great spacious house plenty of room to spread out. Lake living at its finest. Very quite neighborhood. We saw deer in the yard, which makes you think you are in the country, but it's very close to shopping and restaurants. Our host was awesome and very welcoming. We will diffentely stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I arrived to a clean house that had eveything we needed to start our weekend off. the owner sent us a text to let us know the home was ready for us to check in at around 2PM on Friday which we thought was very nice of him. additionally, he offered to leave a light on if we were going to get there late. The home has a lovely screen in porch area where you can enjoy coffee in the morning. There is a short path leading down to the lake and boat dock. There is also a nice area downstairs with some games and stuff, however, we mainly utilzed the upstairs area. The home is close to lots of stuff we shopped at the outlet stores, hike at Sawnee Mt. Preserve and visit with family in Roswell. Over all we found it a nice place to spend the weekend.

The lake house was really cute! The space was perfect for the amount of people we had and the kids loved the bunk beds in the basement. I really appreciated them having essentials available also like soaps, detergent, and trash bags. We enjoyed sitting and fishing on the dock too! The host was great about communicating and the space was very clean.
