Life is busy, but at the lake everyone comes together!

Inside the renovated cottage, opulent finishes adorn every corner. Positioned north of the Outlet Mall and Dawsonville's vibrant venues, the main level boasts an inviting gourmet kitchen seamlessly connecting to the stylish family room adorned with a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for entertaining. The spacious master suite ensures optimal comfort, featuring barn-door access to the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest room offers a queen and single bed, complemented by a walk-in closet, while the guest bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo. Step out onto the deck and immerse yourself in nature.

The lower level of the cabin is a treasure trove of amenities. Engage in a game of pool or try your hand at ping pong. Lounge on the oversized sectional while enjoying your favorite movie and sporting events. This level also hosts a sleeping nook, a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. Step outside to the patio and follow the pathway to the dock and lake, where a two-tier dock, boat lift, and two jet ski docks await, accompanied by stunning lake views. A Kayak are at your disposal, ensuring your lakefront escape is filled with adventure and relaxation.

Cozy, stunning property! It is close to everything you need and tons of room. Gorgeous view and we had everything we needed. Very clean and we had fun playing pool and stargazing at night off dock.

The PROS: The house is cute and laid out well. The kitchen is well stocked with items, and the porch and swing are great. The downstairs is fun with a ping pong table, large sofa, and TV. The laundry was spacious with what appeared to be new appliances. The house is close to restaurants and shopping. The CONS: The lake isn’t visible from the house, and the hill down to the lake is steep, especially at the end and has no steps. The sofa had dog hair on it, and the rug in the main sitting area was dirty and smelled of urine. If you’re interested in hiking, you have to drive somewhere to do that since the house is in a subdivision.

This place is an outstanding get away located on the north side of the lake. Perfect location for cruising and enjoying the lake life. It was just two of us and our dogs but the layout is set up perfectly for two families with an entire floor for the kids!! They allow dogs which is a huge benefit !! So if you love to bring your pets and enjoy all the lake has to offer this place can’t be beat!!

Family vacay

The house is really cute. The walk to the lake is pretty steep. Wish you could actually see the lake from the house. But we enjoyed our family time together. It was clean and had mostly everything we needed to cook.

This is a great property! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. We did notice some bugs inside the house, but it’s on a lake in the woods — we figure that’s to be expected! The trail down to the dock is also decently steep, which was a challenge for one member of our party, but the trail is well-maintained and a rope is provided as a handrail. I share these notes not as complaints, because we really enjoyed our stay, but more so as information that may help another guest. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great place

This was a great property. We definitely had fun inside since the weather didn't cooperate. You will need to bring something to stream your favorite service for the TVs, since there is no cable service, this wouldn't normally be an issue but since it was raining all weekend we didn't get to enjoy the dock as much as we would have liked.

Spring Break Staycation

We had a great time at this house! We had three kids, our dog, and grandma join us for a little lake getaway. We spent lots of time cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, playing card games in the spacious living room, making smores at the fire pit, and cruising the lake on our boat that we were able to bring thanks to the great dock this house comes with. It stormed on us which changed our lake plans but we were perfectly okay with it because it gave us time to enjoy our favorite part of the house; the screened in back porch! The host was great at communicating leading up to the trip and during the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Dahlonega Friends Getaway

The lake house is convenient to so many areas: Dahlonega, Cleveland, Helen and Dawsonville. We loved the surrounding areas but we also enjoyed coming back to the house and hanging out. The furnishings were a comfortable and the space was perfect. Loved the view of the laktemperature

Absolutely perfect!

This place is so cute & clean! Beautifully remodeled, decorated so lovely & most importantly: clean!! The walk to the dock isnt bad, a bit steep at one part but not bad at all. Roomy, everything you could need is there including games, the pool table & ping pong is so fun! Awesome stay at a beautiful lake property. :)

Great place!!!

We loved this house! We had our kids & grandkids staying here (10) of us. There was plenty of room and the downstairs was a great play area! We will be back with a boat and stay longer! The walk to the lake is a little long and steep but worth it. Could use some shade up top of the dock for those wanting out of the sun . The

Great stay at the lake!

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at Toto Creek. The house is beautiful and easy access to restaurants and parks nearby. We rented a boat and enjoyed having the dock to store it and swim. We will be back!

Relaxing retreat

We enjoyed our stay . The neighborhood was so quiet you felt like you were miles and miles from civilization but yet every convenience you needed was really just 10 minutes away. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was in working order. Would def recommend for families looking for a getaway.

Beautiful and cozy

The house is just amazing! It is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. We cant wait to come back in the summer!
