Une Propriété de Qualité Abordable à Quelques Minutes de Marche du Village D'oneroa

Located within a short stroll of Oneroa Village and the beach, sits Tiri Cottage, a well appointed 2 bedroom plus bunk room holiday house. The open plan living area has a large flat screen TV, Sky, Sound system, and both bedrooms are fitted out with super comfortable Queen size beds and feather pillows.

The Kitchen is compact but has everything you may need including Dishwasher, oven, micro wave and fridge freezer. It has 1 bathroom with shower, plus a hot water outdoor shower to rinse off after the long day at the beach.

Tiri Cottage is best suited to 4 guests but it does have additional accommodation for 2 more in the downstairs bunk room, which has an external entrance (additional charge for the bunkroom). This is more suited for overflow, or the older children, but the bunk beds are adult size and have real mattresses, so all very comfy.

After a gentle stroll down to the cafes or the beach, lay back and relax on the white leather couches or head out to the large sunny deck and fire up the BBQ!

Modern, fresh, clean comfortable holiday accommodation, with a fabulous location. Tiri Cottage ticks all the boxes, and has been loved and enjoyed by our guests, so we are sure you will love it too.

*Please note that access to the property is via a short but steep driveway, so may not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Your paying for the view only

Views from balcony beautiful. The house is nice and sunny but it is in need of a makeover. Paint & Fitting need to be repaired. Furniture & Decorations are deteriorating. We used the shelf for toothbrush and it fell off the wall. Previously repaired badly. If property done up inside it would be worth the money. But not at present state.

Lovely house and spot.

Lovely house and spot. Small but was perfect for us when we weren't going to be at the house much. The deck area is huge which is great for summer. Definitely bring mozzie spray!

Great to hear you had such a good time on the island! Tiri is a favorite of our guests, a great styly little home base while adventuring around. Sounds like you really made the most of it's prime location! P.s. the insect repellent is under the sink! :)
