Astrid was so lovely and the cabin was in a fantastic spot, great view surrounded by lovely bush. Place was spotless, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay

A beautiful elevated beachy comfortable cottage with stunning views and everything provided. Excellent hosts. Easy walk to beaches shops and transport.

Great base for enjoying Waiheke

Astrid has every detail covered with all sorts of nice touches which made us feel welcome. The accommodation is impeccable and very comfortable with a great outlook and very handy to shops and beaches. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place for a couple

We had a lovely time here, lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a enjoyable stay. Great location with just a short walk to Oneroa and the bus stops. Astrid is a great host, welcoming but not intrusive. All the personal touches were delightful. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again :)

FIVE STARS STAY AT WAIHEKE

A very nice and enjoyable cottage for two with all comfort. It feels like home. Held by very friendly hosts. We've found many smily attentions scattered all around in and out the cottage. It's also a very peaceful island with very pleasant walks along beautiful landscape and forest.

Wonderful place for a couples’ winter, Waiheke weekend away!

Cute and cozy cottage. Well equipped and very comfy. Decks and view. Fantastic location a short walk from beaches and Oneroa village with its galleries, cafes and restaurants. It was my birthday. Thank you to the hosts for their lovely touches to recognise that. A magical weekend away.

Cute bach overlooking Waiheke

Wonderful little spot perched up the hill. Not far to walk to the beach or into town. Never saw the owners but had great contact via the app. Bach catered for everything from insect repellent to a bit of breakfast! Lots of lovely personal touches around the place. Would stay again, thanks Astrid!

Lovely cottage

We stayed in Oneroa for two nights in November and had a lovely time. The cottage is very cute and is as presented in the photos. While small, it has everything you need and is in a beautiful private setting at the end of the drive on the hosts’ property. The cottage is on a small hill and has a good view back towards Oneroa which is an easy 15min walk downhill. It’s also about a 5 walk downhill to the beach.

Fantastic, great place

10 out of 10!! Our host Astrid was very friendly and welcoming. Having stayed at various accommodations i was surprised, and appreciative of the essentials that were supplied, i.e. milk Oj butter to name a few. I will start planning my next Waiheke getaway and definitely be staying here, and is on my list of recommended places to stay.

Waiheke Island Gem

Wow!! Amazing property where the hosts have thought of everything!. Appreciated the starter set of milk, eggs, My wife and I took the ferry from Auckland and used the local bus system on the island to do everything we needed. We were able to shop at stores, dine out, use the beaches and partake of the wineries without any issue. The property is wonderfully kept up with unique touches throughout. Would absolutely stay again!

Huia Cottage

Lovely clean cottage. All the little extras add up to a big difference. Milk and juice for coffee, tea and wheatbix even a couple of eggs. The communication with Astrid was great. Perfect for a weekend get away for 2. Close to Oneroa with about a 7min - 10min walk. I would 100% stay again. Thank you Astrid.

Fantastic stay in Waiheke

The property was perfect. Stylishly furnished, comfortable and very clean and well presented. It was really helpful to have tea, coffee, milk, butter, cereal etc, all the basics. Very welcoming little touches. Check in could not have been easier and communication was great before we arrived and while there. It was good to meet Astrid and Marcus and they were on hand if needed. The location of the bach was good, short walk to beach and town with bus stop nearby. Views from the property were amazing and the garden, well kept.

Beautiful, relaxing stay on Waiheke

Stayed in the chalet for 4 nights. Walkable to Oneroa and easy access anywhere else on the island. Very relaxing and comfortable stay. The chalet is on the owners’ property but there is total privacy. Private, secure parking. Beautiful front and back porches. Lots of natural light. Interior very comfortable and modern. Wifi was perfect with 3 devices. Astrid was very proactive and responsive with her communications, and very caring and thoughtful with amenities in the chalet. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way.

Astrid was a perfect host, welcoming but not intrusive. Very obliging with early check in and late out! Good size accomodation with outdoor areas. We appointed and close to the bus stop and a easy walk into Oneroa. Can’t fault this place with lovely ambience and perfect cleanliness.
