Since 2011 Taakoka Muri Beach Villas has grown to become one of the islands leading ‘private’ self catered accommodation providers with visitors experiencing a true pacific island style of accommodation. We work hard to ensure our guests book, arrive, stay and depart with ease so that all they have to do is relax and enjoy their holiday in paradise - and we help with that too with loads of info, tips and advice well before arrival so that you can hit the ground running, or just arrive, relax and do nothing! Located three and a half hours from NZ in the middle of the South Pacific and set on the ‘Golden Mile’ of Muri Beach Rarotonga this 3/4 acre section stretching from road to beach offers a mini resort like experience for couples, families and those seeking luxury and privacy in their own property, not multiple hotel style units.
Offering private beach areas the section has kayaks, and plenty of lawn and landscaped areas giving a feeling of space and privacy. The Muri Beachside Villa is one of our most booked out properties - its great value to be 5 steps from a pool and a few more to the beach. Muri Beach accommodation can get very expensive and this villa is great value for money to be 30 steps from the Golden Mile of Muri Beach.
As owners we have over 30 years each in the NZ and Cook Islands tourism industry from hotels, resorts to now our own business in paradise. We look forward to meeting you and helping you make your island holiday a amazing one.

The property is walking distance to EVERYTHING in Muri including the famous Muri Night Market, all the delis , cafes and restaurants, resorts and day trips and activities yet the house is 50m off the road so when you've had enough action for the delay you can retire to the pool and cool off !
Set on over ¾ acre of private landscaped lawn and garden starting at the end of the long driveway off the main road and finishing right on the golden sand of Muri Beach but away from the resorts and crowds your Beachside Villa has its own private beach access to the ‘Golden Mile’ of Muri Beach and the amazing lagoon, use the complimentary snorkel gear& kayaks. paddle around the island of Taakoka which is directly in front of your beach!
Bring your own food and cook it on the BBQ on your private deck or relax in your own sun loungers
Our guests comment on the how modern and well presented this villa is as well as the privacy, pool, beach front section and close proximity to all that Muri offers
Many guests return their rental car after a few days as they realise they dont need it as its sitting parked whilst they are busy in our lagoon and beach !
