You will find the location is perfect for a romantic getaway, couples escape or work trip.
This stylish and centrally located property offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas which opens to the rear yard perfect for enjoying your morning tea or coffee as you plan your day.
- 3 BEDROOM HOUSE - Kitchen and dining area , lounge, large rear deck and rear yard.

This three-bedroom house has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. After a day exploring the area, relax under the large jacaranda tree with a glass of your favourite beverage be it a coffee, tea, a fragrant Hunter Valley wine or a boutique beer whilst you decide what is for dinner.
As you will find the property is perfectly located regardless of what you want to do. With easy access to the Hunter Valley plus surrounding historic towns, or the many attractions the region has to offer; All you must do is decide what to do next.

As the property is in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole property. However there is a locked cupboard in the loungeroom that guests are not to access and the exterior sheds are not for guests use or to access.
Interaction with guests
We give our guest the space and privacy they are looking for, yet are available if any assistance is required. You can contact us via this messaging system, or in emergencies our contact details are in the property manual.
Other details to note
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. The kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap etc.) usually enough for a 2-night stay. Milk/coffee pods are not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.
The property is minutes from one of the main bus stops for concerts in the Hunter Valley.
If you have any requirements it is best to contact before booking to ensure the property has what you require, or so you can pack them for your trip if it doesn't.
