Esta villa de 2 niveles, ubicada junto a la carretera principal, está decorada con buen gusto y cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar, incluida una sauna. La bien equipada villa de 6 dormitorios / 3 baños se encuentra en medio de un hermoso jardín de 2 acres.

Perfecto para grandes reuniones familiares con tres generosas habitaciones tamaño king y tres acogedoras habitaciones tipo loft (tenga en cuenta que la altura del techo en estas habitaciones tipo loft es más baja de lo normal). La configuración de las camas individuales super king y king se puede cambiar para adaptarse a su grupo. Hay tres baños y no hay restricción de agua ya que la propiedad tiene su propio pozo y agua caliente a gas.

Diviértase en la elegante zona de comedor / barbacoa al aire libre, donde encontrará una barbacoa y una sauna, o relájese en la sala de estar íntima, con chimenea, televisor de plasma de 36 "y sistema de entretenimiento con sistema de cine en casa.

TENGA EN CUENTA: No hay TDT o Sky, ¡PERO las opciones de entretenimiento para el televisor son muy amplias! Hay aplicaciones cromadas, Netflix, TVNZ y TV3 a pedido, BBC, CNN, Plex y Spotify, todas en el reproductor Blueray. Si tiene una cuenta de Netflix, puede iniciar sesión y también con Spotify y con la casa con wifi ilimitado, siempre puede transmitir todo su contenido a través del Chromecast.

Beautiful Villa in a great location, close to everything, we had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room, added bonus to have a Sauna, definitely recommend it and would be quick to stay there again.

An absolutely amazing home. A stunning old villa that has been done up inside. A perfect fit for a big friend group. We loved the multiple living spaces, the big outdoor covered space, the large kitchen, the huge grounds to roam around in and the golf hole was a big hit with everyone. The upstairs bedrooms are a tight fit, but manageable. The downstairs bedrooms are huge to make up for it. Would 100% stay here again!

Golf trip

We had a fantastic few nights here (7 of us) during a golf trip to Waipu, Te Arai & Mangawhai. The house was well equipped, lovely rooms, great BBQ area, and the chipping green provided hours of entertainment. Highly recommend.

Amazing luxury stay

We had family ranging from 6 to 76 staying at the bach. It has so many amenities and so much space that everyone had an amazing time. We enjoyed the use of the Sauna and the kids played a lot of golf. Will definitely be back

Girls Getaway Weekend

Beautiful Property with everything we needed. Even though it was the start of winter, the fireplace kept us cosy and warm. Was brilliant having 3 bathrooms with a lot of females. We also all had our own rooms. The house was easy distance to both Mangawhai Heads and the New World area and the old town. Perfect spot. Would be even better in summer.

Best trip ever

We had an amazing time. Our group of 8 ladies enjoyed a weekend away from family, children and pets! We had a fabulous time all around - Sauna such a plus! Everything is newly renovated and the kitchen is just enormous and equipped with everything you need for a larger group. 100% perfect!

Great Private Getaway

The photos don't do the space justice as it's quite big! Well equipped kitchen to be able host your own meals. Would highly reocommend for a big group stay :) Only downside was the filtered tap water tap didn't really work and it wasn't mentioned not to drink just the tap water.

Thanks for your feedback, we do state in the arrival email that the water is untreated (as below) but maybe you missed that? Mangawhai doesn't currently have a reticulated water system. WATER: Unless otherwise advised, the property is on tank or bore water water which is untreated.

We loved our stay, as a group of Mums in our 40s enjoying a rare girls weekend away from the husbands and children, it fitted the bill. The Mangawhai markets on Saturday were great! Only critique would be the lack of toilet paper. And shame about the neighbours.

Christmas stay

The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well equipped. Two of the bedrooms where huge with large windows. The upstairs bedrooms were almost unusable - expect for children - very steep stairs, low ceiling and were extremely hot. The stay was spoiled by the massive amount of mosquito's despite taken all precautions - plug in, repellant, patches everyone got serverely bitten and made the stay uncomfortable.

Hi Sharon, firstly I am sorry you had an issue with mosquitoes, they can be around properties close to water but normally the units the owners have installed at the house deal with them. It was very hot and wet around the time you stayed so they may have been particularly bad then and possibly they were breeding in greater numbers than normal. We have had guests stay since without issues and the owners has introduced some further measures to help. Regarding the upstairs bedrooms, they are suitable for adults and in fact most of our stays they are used by adults but as mentioned in the listing the ceilings are lower so that can be more challenging for above average height individuals. Similarly the stairs are fine for adults unless your mobility is limited and they are pictured so guests can decide if they are suitable for them. Obviously for anyone elderly they would be challenging though but that can be they case for stairs in any multi level homes. It has been warm this summer but this is the first comment we have had about the rooms upstairs being too hot and there are 3 fans at the house that can be used for those bedrooms and there are screens on the windows so they can be opened for airflow. Very disappointing experience. We had to check out early due to significant flooding in the kitchen. The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional.

Big old villa

This was a good spot for a big group, our golf fans were pretty excited about the putting green and we made good use of the outdoor area. 3 huge rooms but the other 3 were very small. The house is old and dated but if you’re happy with that then it’s fine. In a nice quiet, remote area, we really needed the mozzie spray though!

Happy Family getaway

We all had a great time, the children really enjoyed the golf and swings, the garden is beautiful as are the fruit trees. Older style villa with many quirky features. The beds were very comfortable and the villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Winter group stay

Overall a good experience except the bedding. It was cold and the duvets supplied were very thin. I had to get a local friend to drop us off some blankets. The blinds in one of the bathrooms did not go all the way down and so we sat on the toilet and showered in front of a window to the garden. The lighting in the place was a little too dim which was not so good for playing games, reading or even cooking in the kitchen. However, the setting and size was great. The fireplace was wonderful and needed. We had fun with the golf and had room for all of us comfortably.

A great mates getaway.

The property was ideal for a group of 50+ men to get away for a weekend catch up isolated - yet close to the amenities. room inside and out your own 'chipping green' I think we will return.
