Langs Beach House - Modern, sunny holiday home with large decks and stunning views over Bream Bay

This modern, sunny beach house has fantastic open plan living which extends out on to large decks with expansive views over Bream Bay and across to Whangarei Heads. With only a short walk down to stunning Langs Beach it is great to be able to leave the car behind and enjoy the fresh air.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, Nespresso (BYO Pods) and a large Weber BBQ for al fresco cooking. After a day at the beach stroll back to the house and soak in the views from the decks while cranking up the BBQ with a cold drink in hand or watch the kids run around on the grassed area below.
This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Langs beach under two hours from Auckland. Great for 1-2 families or mature couples.
Notes:

There are beds for 7 people, the full occupancy of 8 includes a foam mattress suitable for a child.
There is no television so great for the kids to have some screen downtime.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
Langs beach is the perfect summer holiday destination or coastal retreat. With its beautiful swimming and surf beaches and abundant marine life, Langs is a popular spot for sailing, fishing, surfing, diving and summer family fun. Also enjoy the vibrant art and cafe scenes and local markets of Mangawhai and Waipu less than 15 minutes away.
