Mostly clean and it decent condition. Some of the household items like a jar of old coffee were unuseable. The swim spa was freezing so despite it being over 30 degrees it was too cold to use. There was no ice in the freezer so we had to buy ice and not having a BBQ was disappointing for our group.

Emerald Bower is a beautiful home in a very quiet street.Home is very well equipped with everything you need.I would definitely stay there again.Had an issue checking in as cleaner only arrived at 2.30pm and the home was not ready at 3pm. Called number provided and they gave us a late check out.
