Beautiful and cosy , private and relaxing this is a quality b&b. From the beautiful garden of flowers to the outdoor bath to the stunning furnishings and antique homeware i was loving every minute spent there.

Absolutely loved everything, we want to come back again soon!

Loved everything about this property and the accomodation. It was so peaceful and beautifully done. The owners were super lovely also and made us feel right at home. We will be back!

Absolutely magical

The barn was perfect. Very relaxing, cosy with luxurious touches which make this place one of a kind. You can see this is a labour of love and the hosts are amazing. If you have the chance to stay here, do it.

New Year Break 2023

This was just such an ideal place for a short break away from Auckland and for a quiet and peaceful way to bring in the New Year. The accommodation is quaint and has an interesting history which made it even more appealing. Everything you needed and our hosts Morrae, Trevor and Polly (the dog) were lovely.

The most lovely guests, friendly, considerate with wonderful communication. They left our little barn super tidy and clean, I would highly recommend to others.

Tranquil, peaceful, unique

We just loved staying at the Boutique Barn, it was very comfortable, our hosts were very friendly but also discreet. We loved the gardens and the setting for a wedding and the attention to detail in our barn was stylish and immaculate.

Dreamy Cottage Garden Getaway

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful tranquil barn stay and gorgeous garden setting. Everything about our stay was peaceful and lovely. We felt fully relaxed and happy here. Everything has been thoughtfully put together to make you feel like you have stepped back in time ensuring all your needs are met.

Our one night spent at the boutique barn was absolutely one of our most memorable stays we have ever had. We just adored every detail of the barn and surrounding areas. The bbq was simply perfect for a summers eve dinner. You can also pick a few veggies from the organic garden! I was surprised to see a piano which was amazingly in tune as I am a avid piano player. I could go on for days but please don't miss this beautiful place! Im trying to find time right now to go for longer!

Perfect retreat

Gorgeous accommodation and idyllic location. Everything we needed and more, down to the small details like flowers on the table. Perfectly secluded and private while also close enough to the main house for potential just-in-case moments. The garden area is beautiful and the accommodation itself is like stepping back in time. So glad we stayed here.

The barn is ideal for a romantic getaway- it has everything you need, is so beautiful and in an amazing location for exploring the surrounding areas including Puhoi, Matakana and Tawharanui regional park. Morrae and Stephen made sure we had everything we needed and were so thoughtful, even making sure that the heating was on for when we arrived on a very wet and cold night! We have already been recommending it to friends and family!

Property is in a beautiful location; it'/ about 15 minutes from the Centre of Puhoi and one passes beautiful landscape getting there. Do not forget the description how to get there as I did - phone connection is poor in the area. You'lol love the barn if you like rustique things.

This little gem is worth a visit, it is truly magic.

This little gem is worth a visit, it is truly magic. We visited only for one night, but I wish we had longer. If you are looking for a place to hide away - you have to stay at the Boutique Barn! It's an addictive place and I can see why couples chose this as a wedding destination. We will be back!

Amazing place, we enjoy our time there.

Amazing place, we enjoy our time there. Everything made with love. Definitely will be back. Also, there are two lovely dogs, so had fun playing with dogs.
