Welcome to our ninth-floor condo at the Maui Kai Resort in Kāʻanapali—where the ocean is so close, you’ll feel like you’re on the water! The views from the lanai are epic! I watched so many whales breaching out of the ocean. I also saw sea turtles and blue parrot fish. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Let’s not forget the location! So many things in walking distance. Our hosts were amazing! When an issue came up they were so quick to respond and fix! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Raj and Pallavi’s unit was outstanding. They were super responsive throughout the entire process and were quick to reply to all of our messages and requests. They even offered to work with us while we considered cancelling our trip days before our itinerary was set to start. That alone earns my 5 star review. The property is stunning - the view from the lanai is one you have to experience with your own eyes. The wildlife, the waves, the sound of the ocean - just amazing. This was the perfect place for my family of three and would recommend it to anyone seeking a place in Maui. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Maui Kai #904 is simply amazing! Spotlessly clean and well appointed as well as beautifully decorated. The photos show how perfect this condo is. Yes, it truly is oceanfront, looking straight down from this lanai you see the waves crashing right below you. We will be going back!

Amazing!

The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. Views are amazing. The area was nice with restaurants, market, bars within walking distance and the area felt very safe. I liked that the condo wasn’t a massive resort so it wasn’t loud or overcrowded. We hope to stay again!

Amaizing water view Kaanipali Condo

Great location, lanai view, condo set up, kitchen, water sports. Everything and more you would want for your West Maui experience. I wish I had another week there.Could spend all day on the lanai with binoculars watching whales. Great snorkel beach and boardwalk next door. Shopping nearby.Owner was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing Stay!

My fiance and I stayed at this location and had an amazing time! It was everything it was described as and more! Waking up in the morning and seeing the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back when we make it back to Maui.

Traveling around the world has made us appreciate the good art of hosting to make one's holiday memorable with the warmth of your home away from home. We love to redecorate and make what would otherwise just be a place to stay to feel more like home.

We love hearing about the stay our guests have as we definitely enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests have a great experience

We first visited Maui in 2017 and absolutely fell in love with the area and residents. We've always had amazing experiences on the Island and have only encountered the Aloha spirit-we've never had a bad experience here. As we continued to visit the Island we realized that we could put our travelling experience to good use as hosts in Maui.

We have two children (18 and 22) and enjoy our time with them. We love everything outdoors (which is one of the reasons Maui is so appealing to us). We look forward to hosting you and your family in our condo ☀️🌴🤙🌊

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We really enjoy each area on Maui but somehow always gravitated to the West. The scenery is lush and the pace is slow.

We chose this area and condo specifically for a few reasons:

1. We love the Kaanapali/Kahana area. Its truly a blend of developed commercial amenities mixed with a raw local feel. You can go shopping at Whalers Village (very commercial) to visiting local farmer's markets all in the same area. The area also provides everything a person could possible need within walking distance which was important to us.

2. The condo is ocean front. Its proximity to the pacific ocean and amazing views are just amazing. Its so incredibly relaxing and refreshing to sit on the lanai and see, feel and hear the ocean all day long!

Hands down the view of pacific ocean from the enclosed lanai sets us apart from other properties. No other property on Maui is this close to the ocean. It just provides for a real zen feel. From watching sunsets to turtles to whales-its just incredible!
