The property is very clean and communication with the manager was great. My only small complaint is the comfort of the furniture. It could be upgraded a bit to make hanging out in the living room a little more relaxing.

There were a few technical complications in the beginning where somehow the host wasn’t informed we were coming. However, we were able to get in contact with him and he was awesome! He helped us get in and get everything set up. The home was clean and well taken care of. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. The kids enjoyed the convenience of having the park just down the street. There was plenty of beds for everyone. And there was a good amount of parking available between the garage and driveway. Thank you, Henry for your kindness and hospitality as our family waited to close on our new home! It was such a blessing to my family to have a safe place to stay during this crazy transition of moving.

Not as listed.The property falsely advertised internet but we didn’t have it for our entire 5 night stay. I was forced to call off work 1 day due to no internet.The home was not clean. We were welcomed to dirty floors, dirty & stained bedding and towels. The home was filled with knats from bags of trash in garage and overfilled trash cans in garage. My family spent 2 days cleaning and washing all the bedding after my niece broke out in a rash.I would not stay here again.

I did not receive check in instructions and had to call the team to help me get into the property that had not been cleaned and did not have sheets on the bed or clean towels. The team had to be called again advising me that I would receive an email to attach pics to and send back. I never received the email. After calling the team again I was advised to call the owner. The owner did not answer. I put sheets and towels in the washer and then received a call from the team stating that the owner could send a cleaning team over (it was 6 pm) and offered to give us 20 each towards dinner and refund part of our stay. We declined a cleaning service because we had our things in the property by this time. Went to dinner and came back to finish cleaning before bed. We were refunded part of our stay but, it was not enough for the inconvenience of dealing with that after being in the car for 8 hours. The furniture is very uncomfortable! The kitchen is lacking in items needed for our stay. Would not recommend!

Big disconnect between mgmt company Encore and property manager - lockbox vs key code, check in time. Not provided check in info until a few hours before check in.Full smelly garbage cans were in garage - had to move to outside.Garage door and dishwasher did not work - handyman came 2 days after check in to fix - fixed door but not dishwasher

This was an awesome getaway with our family! We all were so comfortable and happy with our stay! Kitchen had everything we needed, rooms were comfortable and very clean. (Side note) I didn't have an allergic reaction, nor did my grandkids. The sheets and beds felt good! This was truly an amazing experience! This was our first time, definitely not our last. Thanks!
