Or stay was fantastic and the house was great. We had a few issues and the property manager responded quickly and took care of the problems.

Relaxing beautiful vacation!!

This property is even better than we expected. It was large enough to give everyone their own space while having room for the family to get together for game nights. It was close to everything but in a neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach. We will definitely come back. Management was easy to deal with and very helpful!

Wonderful home, wonderful vacation

The house was perfect for our group. 16 people 8 adults and 8 kids aged 5-12. The pool was used daily. Also the walk to the beach was short and we made a daily trip there. The supplied beach towels were a great accent and the washer and dryer to clean them after a day at the beach was greatly appreciated!Close to anything that you might need. Wonderful house, clean and spacious. You won't be disappointed!

Visit

Elevator was not working , lots of ants , some items left from previous tenants , so cleanliness was an issue. Huge capacity for bigger families. Overall nice neighborhood.

We do apologize about the issue with the elevator that we notified you about prior to your stay. We were able to have the elevator repair company out to the property and we have resolved that issue. We apologize for the issue you encountered with cleanliness and ants. I don’t see where you reached out to us during your stay regarding these issues. We would have been happy to address these issues right away for you had we been made aware. We hope to host you again soon!

Great house, good location, some icks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel many times a year and always Airbnb. So I feel I can appropriately compare to what is norm. The home itself is beautiful. It’s walking distance to a beach. It’s fully stocked with most things except beach towels & a keurig. There is a small coffee pot. There are lots of bugs; ginormous roaches in elevator and garage and large spiders in pool. An exterminator should be considered. The beds are not very comfy in any room. The wifi is very weak. The water pressure is very bad. If you shower on 1st or 2nd floor, 3rd floor gets a dribble of water from shower. The pool area needs some love. We got an excellent price on the rental comparatively so the inconveniences weren’t horrible considering the cost... but if the cost is more in line with similar homes I’d pass.
