A large inviting oceanfront living room allows access to the covered balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Spacious bedroom with a large King Sized bed with luxurious linens and comforter. Wireless remote control black out window shades will give you the most peaceful nights rest ever. Downstairs there is a beautiful heated swimming pool and hot tub for your relaxation and enjoyment. Our family needed a place that felt like a vacation. We love to travel and we love to cruise. During the pandemic, we could do neither! So when the opportunity to own this luxurious beach condo presented itself, we didn't hesitate to purchase it! It has been our weekend getaway, our sense of peace, and our family's happy place, and now we are ready to share it with you! The views from 1805 are incredible!

Sand Key is the quieter side of Clearwater Beach, with all the same access to beach life, in a more relaxed and less crowded setting. The beach itself is expansive and natural, with beautiful beach flowers and birds. You'll see dolphins while you are eating breakfast from the floor to ceiling windows in your living room and bedroom! The sunsets are beyond amazing. There is a tennis court, with a view of the Gulf of Mexico!
