Situated on the 11th floor, this spacious condo offers magnificent views of the Gulf and beautiful evening views of the sparkling lights of Clearwater Beach. Step onto the expansive private balcony, stretching from the main living area to the primary bedroom, and enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon breeze, or a spectacular Florida sunset. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, making this the perfect retreat for couples, families, or a small group. The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, giving you everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a great stay

Nice, private beach was relaxing. The nightly sunset was breathtaking whether from the balcony or the beach. Plenty of places nearby to eat. The security guards were very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding Stay

The condo was everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the pool, tennis court, beach and close proximity to Clearwater Beach and great restaurants. Easy check-in, great communication with host. Would visit again.

We had an amazing stay!

This unit has breathtaking views of the Gulf, we enjoyed many sunsets on the balcony. Great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Everyone in the building was very friendly. The owner was attentive, accommodating and very easy to deal with. We can’t wait to go back.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at this property. It was delightful. We had planned on several side trips and it was nice to come back to the condo to a lovely ocean view and a perfect beach. We would definitely stay here again

Great place, perfect location

Place was as advertised and perfect for what we wanted - on the beach, near downtown and plenty of options for food and shopping with very short walk. Vitaly (owner) was super helpful and responsive. I'd love to come back.

Great Location, Beautiful Sunset Views

Great beachside location. Short walk to nice restaurants and shops. Vitaly was quick to respond to any questions we had, the condo was clean and well equipped with kitchen and beach necessities. The beach was just steps away and not crowded. We found the whole area to be very friendly. We would stay here again!

Lighthouse - Clearwater

Owner was very accommodating in providing a crockpot when we inquired if there was one. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Wonderful firm bed. Also liked the covered assigned parking. We enjoyed our stay.
