Come relax at our charming lakeside bungalow in Lake Forest Falls, a private 80+ acre lake community. Guests are welcome to fish and swim, but motorized boats and jet skis are not permitted. If you fish, please practice catch and release.

Our cozy bungalow comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers the perfect mix of a relaxing getaway and the comforts of home.

The place was a perfect location for my husband’s 40th birthday. The atmosphere was great and even the neighbors are friendly. We had a great time and the amenities are also very nice.

The host was very responsive and helpful but we misunderstood the location of the house based on the pictures. There is just a small inlet behind the house that was pretty low. The fishing spot pictured is not near the house.

3 adults and 5 kiddos. We came for an out of town birthday party for the weekend. We spent quite a bit of time at the property. We caught a massive bass, accidentally had to unhook a HUGE soft shelled turtle, and each of the 5 kids had a blast running the property playing football and hide n seek. It was a great break from reality. Had everything we needed for our large family kitchen wise, seating, and sleeping arrangements. The back patio was the perfect patio covering with a massive fan to keep it nice and cool. Kayaks were a great plus! New experience and didn’t even dump over We make this an annual trip and try new locations, but I’d 10 out of 10 stay here again.

The family had a great time at the Lake House. It was family-friendly, clean rooms. Nice host, and everything was conveniently located. eat places nearby, grocery stores, gas stations, and plenty of places to fish.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate his birthday. We did not realize we booked a cabin of this size however it had all the necessities you needed , clean, free of odors , and amenities were not that far away. There was plenty to do in Conroe. We will definitely look to return, may bring the family on the next trip.

Came to Texas for our daughter's wedding. The location was perfect , the house was clean and supplied with games and books. The list of attractions and restaurants posted on the refrigerator were on point and great. The owner was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this spot if you're visiting the Conroe Lake and surrounding area.

We went for our daughter‘s wedding. The house was in a good location very quiet, relaxing neighborhood. It was quaint and clean. Did not get to spend much time there because of the wedding but would have enjoyed spending more time there. We loved it.

Place overall was great but dangerous kitchen chairs all were dangerous could have caused an issue. Issues with outdoor lights that he didn't make us aware of as we were using the outside and did a fire. Would return again though.

Activity filled fun weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at the house! We swam in the lake, played pickleball and played games in the game room. We never even got to the kayaks! We would love to stay there again. Beautiful neighborhood and very peaceful!
