Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The stay was quiet, in a gated community, and the place is clean. We did find a cockroach, but that's normal for summer in the south. The one issue we ran into was the guest policy. If you want friends/family in the area to stop by to say hello, make sure they are on the listed names in the reservation beforehand. We stayed for a wedding and asked if the groom's two brothers and a friend could join the five of us after the rehearsal dinner for board games, but we were declined. The is the first booked stay experience I've had where you are not allowed to have friends/family stop by to say hello. Again, the place is well kept and well located near the lake, but the guest policy is stringent.

This place was immaculate!! Great seating outdoors. Both upstairs and downstairs outside. The living room was incredible with lots of seating. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. In fact this placed was well stocked with everything. Had enough wash clothes for our entire stay. Seems like most give 2 washcloths per bathroom so you’re washing them every day. But not here. I do think people need to know the downstairs is all three of the bedrooms. The living room with kitchen is upstairs in this townhouse. That did present an issue since the couple we stayed there with have trouble getting up and down stairs. Fortunately the weather was great and we set on the ground level porch all but one evening when it rained. But we really loved this placed and were really impressed with the cleanliness and how incredible the place was decorated and equipped.

We really enjoyed staying at this Vrbo. It was extremely clean and felt like home away from home. The owners had great communication and added such thoughtful touches to the property. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

This community is perfect for us with all the friendly people and amenities. We feel this is not only a place we can enjoy but wanted to share with others as well. So close to many restaurants, shopping and of course the LAKE!!
