Sycamore Studio at the Abode Guest House

This studio is quietly nestled in front of the Main house yet close to the pool and courtyard. This studio sleeps two adults and consists of a full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink and coffee pot.

Pool heater has an additional charge per day. Temperature cannot be guaranteed Nov thru April due to fluctuation of weather. Heater has to be turned on one day in advance so there is a charge for that day as well.
PLEASE NOTE..... that we are pet friendly and upon approval of a pet, there will be a PET FEE. If any of these fees are applicable for your stay then they will be added to the cost of your stay.
Check in is by code, we are always just a phone call away and have a team to support.
The pool and courtyard area are shared with other guest renting the Main House and/or other studios.
The courtyard and swimming pool is a shared area for you and other guests whom may be staying on the property.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nicer and larger than pictures suggested. The little outdoor seating area is also nicer than the pictures and a great spot for drinking coffee in the morning. Really enjoyed the stay, the pool patio area, and the room in general. Thanks!

Great little spot

We went to put our feet in the sand. Conveniently located by the beach but also a short 10 minute walk to downtown bars and restaurants. Perfect location with bikes or golf cart. The pool was an oasis in itself! Would definitely recommend it.

Relaxing

The Sycamore Studio served as the perfect “escape” for me - sand, water, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was enclosed, but open to the sky above and surrounded by huge plants. The pictures for this property were very accurate. Vanessa and Kevin have done a beautiful job of restoring these buildings and accommodating their guests.

Location and property were great. Very responsive owners. Only complaint was the room AC could not keep up with the outside heat. We like our room cold bit even with a fan the room was warm. Probably 76 degrees. Note it was nearly 100 degrees outside. Overall really a great place and nice stay.

Great Location, Charming Property

Enjoyed staying here. Property as described. 1/2 mile walk to downtown (17 minutes or so), 1/5th mile walk to beach (5 minutes or less). Pool area is nice, although a bit dark. Pool is also a bit colder than you'd expect since it's so well shaded. Decor is vintage / reclaimed, and provides nice charm. Insects can get inside, studio is surrounded by foliage which provides nice privacy but also a haven for small bugs. Shower was very nice, TV and other appliances all worked well.
