This apartment is perfectly situated for those seeking a genuine beachside escape with easy access to the city and Bondi Beach. It exudes a charming character and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Fully furnished throughout, it has a complete kitchen open plan that extends to a private balcony, fast-speed Internet, and Smart TV. Upstairs you can enjoy the use of the communal rooftop swimming pool with a with 360 degree view of Bondi Beach and Sydney Harbor.
The space
STUDENTS WELCOME - You have the option of either one queen bed or two single/twins beds. For our long-term students, we remove the queen bed and prepare two single beds.

CLEANING FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 WEEKS:
For our long-term students/guests, the apartment requires cleaning every fortnight. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $120 AUD per cleaning.

Guest will have access to the entire apartment.

Bondi is filled with life! Restaurants, cafes, beaches and so much more. Whether in the summer, spring, autumn, or winter, Bondi is THE place to be in Sydney. Local markets, surf schools, and local businesses are open and busy all year round. The building is opposite the famous Woolworths Food and Liquor store for all your grocery or alcohol needs. Fruitologist Bondi for fresh fruit juices and smoothies and for your fresh fruit and veggies shopping.

This studio is conveniently located in the middle of Bondi between the iconic Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction. Public transport is available right outside the building. The 333 and 380 come regularly every few minutes to take you anywhere you need around Bondi Beach or the City.
