"THE ULTIMATE BRIGADUNE PENTHOUSE" PHC Newly Remodeled

Needless to say we were shocked when we read this review as we have always had 5 star reviews and no complaints. We believe that this is purely a disgruntled renter who had a week of bad weather, as they had actually hinted about getting a refund due to the weather. I told them sorry, that we cannot cannot control Mother Nature and an occasional bad week. In our arrival package, we give all renters full instruction sheets about immediately notifying us if anything is wrong or out of the ordinary. Other than the weather issue we never had any calls from this renter. Upon receiving this complaint we went to the condo along with the cleaning people to review the complaints. Our high end appliances are only two years old and are in like new condition. We found nothing wrong with the ice and water dispenser which they claimed was busted. We found no smell of dog pee in any of the bedrooms. The dog pee complaint was strange as we have never allowed renters to have pets or animals and the Brigadune personnel keeps an eye on this closely. All of our bed spreads are only two years old and get cleaned every few months, and are all in good shape. The complaint said we needed updated furnishings. The majority of the Penthouse was remodeled two years ago and as you can see from the pictures, we have all new furniture in the living room, dining room, all new tv's, a new bedroom suite, all new box springs and mattresses, new full size washer and dryer and all new kitchen appliances. We talked with the renter who rented the week after this renter and they had no complaints at all. We as owners pride ourselves on offering 4 top notch remodeled condos for rent. The vast majority of our renters all return year after year.
