Family Gathering

Suited Four couples plus Gma, upstairs lounge area with a view was a bonus, everyone happy with beds, kitchen etc, location was perfect (for walking to Cob n Co) and access to waterfront pathway

With 11 adults - siblings with their partners, the bedroom layout was perfect and the large indoor/outdoor living areas well used. Location was excellent - close to town and the walkway.

We enjoyed it.

We stayed at this place for the second time and it says it all. We liked everything about it. Clean, good location, enough rooms for everyone. Unfortunately, we left our drunking glasses there.

Fantastic holiday house in wonderful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Myself and 3 other adults hired this house over the NY break - we loved the layout and space of this property - especially the large kitchen and living areas, outdoor desk and spacious bedrooms. It would work very well for families too as the upstairs master suite, kids bedroom and upstairs lounge isnt over the top of the other 3 bedrooms so you have privacy and quiet. Its a 3 min walk to the coastal track and down to the waterfront and only a 15 mins walk into town so really well located.

Lovely central, sunny home.

Perfect for a large group. Great views and sun. Great kitchen, well kitted out. Lovely bedrooms and outdoor areas. Walk to town, beach and coastal walkway. Would highly recommend.

Ideal spot for a family holiday

Wonderful property. Photos don't do it justice. Suited our group so well, being walking distance to both town and beach. The garage was also an added bonus as we had expensive hotrods to keep safe.

Amazing

Excellent accommodation, very spacious, clean and tidy. Loved the open plan flowing out onto the deck. Close to the city hub and a short walk down to the beach walkway. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Fantastic location and Property AND Great Sea Views

We found the property brilliantly located, quiet street but so close to the beach, town and transport links. We would have gladly stayed longer because the house was very comfortable and had breathtaking sea views.

Family Visit

Second time we’ve stayed here and it’s as great as last time. House is fantastic with lovely clean, modern rooms and amenities. House is beautifully located within walking distance to a lovely swimming beach. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommended.

New Plymouth paradise!

What a fantastic property! The photos do not do it justice! Great spaces for relaxation and spending time with loved ones. This property is really well equipped and in a great location to access the coastal pathway and other key New Plymouth attractions. We will def be booking this property again!
