Hello we encountered many issues during our stay, we tried to contact the office since the day we checked in but got no response There was a mouse in the kitchen and droppings all around the house, even on top of the dining table, it was obvious the house wasn't cleaned before our arrival
Property was awesome, check in was difficult due to information needed at the last minute, ID and signature on documents not able to be done by phone.Property was not the one pictured advertised.Rustic and well lived in feel of the property was just right for a family.
The property was fabulous for our group of 14 which included 5 couples. The kitchen space was fantastic and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and play games. We would definitely rent again.
Our family wish we could stay a little longer because we had a blast in this huge beautiful house. And it’s in perfect location if you are into summer outdoor activities like biking and hiking as the trails are just nearby. We’ll definitely come back here in the future, maybe during winter season as ski resorts are also within short distance.
Our family of 16 enjoyed our time here. The space was great for our group, beds comfy, a great kitchen, dining area... The only issue is that with 8 children (8-14) to say we had to be quite when outside was a bit of a challenge.
We had plenty of space for our party of 12, we enjoyed the spa and the large kitchen. We had a great time there was only a few hiccups. We had a maintenance person walk into the house one morning and one of the ladders on the bunk beds was broken and my son fell when climbing into bed.
Very good big house, seeing the reviews i was expecting problems with the house. But everything turned out okay. Great house if you have a big group! My group enjoyed the house very much.
It’s beautiful but old and needs some TLC. The patio was so filthy we didn’t use it. Really needs some silverware. 5 spoons really not enough for 16 people maximum
The house is big with good sized bedrooms with on suites. Needs some maintenance with plumbing fixtures and other random features. Otherwise it suited our group of five adults and could handle more easily.
Huge house in a great location!!! Each room had its own bathroom and the kitchen was great for our family meals. The stove was not working but they provided a resolution with a counter air fryer/oven. The backyard was perfect for snow play. We would definitely stay again.
Our stay in Big Bear was Amazing! I did read some reviews but I never liked to go off them! And I’m glad we got to experience the home for ourselves.
This home was super cozy , very clean and in a perfect distance of everything to do. We will Definitely be booking again!
This home is immaculate, huge kitchen, dining and bedrooms each with their own restrooms. Our kids enjoyed the pool table, football table and Jacuzzi. We definitely enjoyed the home. The location was perfect close to the park, town and dining. We definitely needed more time to enjoy. We will definitely come back.
It’s a big house. I liked that there was hot water wihich in the last two houses I stayed in Big Bear there was hardly hot water. All the stores were really close to the house. I really liked it
Had a great trip and the house was great. Big bear caps at 16 occupancy, taking trash to a dump site and face to face check in with signed waivers.
House was worth it

Don’t waste your money on this giant, mostly broke house. We splurged for some extras that my bigger family can enjoy and we all agreed it wasn’t worth what they are renting it for as the amenities they list don’t work. I’ll start first with the positives. Great location, large space for a big family like mine, large kitchen and seating for all. Negatives- Jacuzzi would semi start then shut off. Never warmed up, tried multiple times of the coarse of the stay. Giant tub and shower in the upstairs master didn’t have ANY COLD WATER. We really wanted to use the tub and couldn’t. The handle was broken for the cold water, so it wouldn’t turn on at all. We had to shower which also didn’t have cold water, it was piping HOT! Fireplace in the living room didn’t work. I machine didn’t work. I even took out all the ice and cleared it out, it didn’t fill up again or work.
