Beautifully newly renovated 2 bedroom Garden-style condo in one of Old Orchard Beaches most popular beach condo communities! Play tennis, work out in the gym or swim in the outdoor pool... just a short 2-3 minute walk will bring you miles and miles of white sandy beaches!
This condo is freshly updated with hardwood floors, smart tv’s and has lots of natural light through the many skylights. Relax on the peaceful deck while grilling or just watching the ducks swim by in the nearby pond.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave the keys in the lock box locked upon leaving and msg me upon ck out.
Please let us know if there are any maintenance items to attend to that you may have noticed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reminder to bring linens: bed sheets and bath towels
Loss of keys- $250 for replacement
Checkin/Checkout Saturdays only.
