Beautifully newly renovated 2 bedroom Garden-style condo in one of Old Orchard Beaches most popular beach condo communities! Play tennis, work out in the gym or swim in the outdoor pool... just a short 2-3 minute walk will bring you miles and miles of white sandy beaches!
This condo is freshly updated with hardwood floors, smart tv’s and has lots of natural light through the many skylights. Relax on the peaceful deck while grilling or just watching the ducks swim by in the nearby pond.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave the keys in the lock box locked upon leaving and msg me upon ck out.
Please let us know if there are any maintenance items to attend to that you may have noticed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reminder to bring linens: bed sheets and bath towels
Loss of keys- $250 for replacement
Checkin/Checkout Saturdays only.

We had a great time staying at this location. Just be careful of the glass coffee table with kids. Great location and very clean. Chandra was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Very nice condo in great location

Comfortable condo, clean and well equipped. The large private deck facing the pond adds to the living area. The location is great with short walk to beach. The owner is quick to respond and helpful.

Well-located, comfortable rental

This rental was close to the beach and close to town without being in the middle of the Old Orchard Beach madness! We had a great time, and check-in and communication were so easy. The apartment was a little under-stocked when we arrived (no toilet paper or hand soap), but clean and comfortable.

Exactly what we were looking for

Great location. Beach was not crowded. Condo had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Will def look into booking again.
