Start your day with Beautiful Sunrise walk along the beach or in the fitness center, a refreshing dip in the indoor pool, a luxury meditation in the sauna or a relaxing swim in the ocean.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features hardwood floors, well equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, an enormous balcony, cable, 3 flat screen TVs, WI-Fi, central air, with washer/ dryer in the unit, an indoor pool, workout room and more! Handicapped accessible , 24 x7 elevator.
Watching the fireworks every Thursday night at the balcony !!!

Just the perfect long weekend at the beach. Amazing location, very clean comfortable condo, would absolutely recommend and stay again!!

Amazing location!

We had a girls weekend away and the condo was perfect. Great location, beautiful and spacious condo and the owner was super helpful and kind. We would absolutely come back again!

Sweet 16 Staycation

We loved this condo and it worked perfectly for our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party. We made it a fun weekend and really appreciated Ying and Bill responsiveness and hospitality! I highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

I was so impressed with this condo. Easy to get in and out of. Lots of good communication with the host. Clean and lots of extra linens and towels. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning just watching the waves and all the rides be tested.

Very nice condo for 6 ladies

The view of the beach and the rides was great. The condo is very spacious. I can’t recommend using the pull out couch but other than that every thing was very comfy. Ying responded quickly when we had a small problem with the coffee maker

Family time!

It’s great to be able to get away and forget about your troubles. Spending time with family has always meant more to me than anything. There was plenty of room for everyone in our condo. The place was beautiful. The location was perfect (minus the trains going by lol). Sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and the people watching were some of the highlights. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location

We had 3 adults and 5 kids. Beds for everyone and plenty of space to hang out together in the living room and kitchen. Awesome location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants, plus the kids loved seeing the rides lit up at night. Close to the beach to come back and eat lunch in the condo. The pier was fun for nightlife. We would come back in a heartbeat! Ying was an great host, on top of communication and very helpful.

Wonderful Experience

We've been staying at Old Orchard Beach yearly for 25+ years and this was the most enjoyable experience to date. The unit was in a great location directly across from the amusement park allowing for endless people watching fun. The ocean view was great for firework nights and the beach is just a 100yds away. Definitely plan to stay here again! Ying was great to deal with and was very quick to answer any querstions. 5 Stars!

Off season

I was not impressed with the manager there I asked him if we could pay extra for additional parking which he said no. To park like two blocks over in a dark area. Which I did not like. There was a lot of fruit flys in the kitchen sink and some in the bathroom our doors to the balcony’s did not lock. I cleaned to try to get rid of the fruit flys. Also everything was closed because of the off season which I thought Oct is fall not winter. The price of the room was high to me I did talk to different owner they said we could of stay other places way cheaper. Next time I will know. But the owner of the place was really nice. Place was nice except all those fruit flys.

Kelly, I am really sorry about the fruit flies, they grew in the kitchen sink in a few days after I cleaned up the condo . I removed all of them with your help. For the off season, normally everything is closed except Lisa Pizza after Columbia Day every year. About the parking, the building manager cannot let you park on other owner's spot even you pay, because other owner will need their spot. In the summer , the offsite parking is about 3 mins walking, but after October 1st ,the street parking is free at Old Orchard Beach, that's why you can park 2 blocks away. But again thank you for keep the condo very clean. Take care.
