広々とした3ベッドルームのモダンな豪華な休暇用の家で、6つの眠りに満ちています。自然のままの汚れのない自然の茂みとヤシの木々を2つのデッキから海の素晴らしい景色を眺めながらお楽しみいただけます。

非常に交通量の少ない静かな道路で完全にプライベートです。 非常に子供にやさしい安全なビーチと遊び場が通りの終わりにあります（数百メートルしか歩いていません）。

Matiatiaの旅客船と世界的に有名なCable BayとMudbrickブドウ畑から車でわずか数分です。

ラウンジ、モダンなデザイナーキッチン、2つのデッキから海の景色を望む3階建て。

クイーンサイズベッド2台（6台、すべて新しい（2019）超快適Sealy Posturepedic innersprungマットレス付き）および1 x 2寝台 - 新しい（2019）innersprungマットレス付き。 チャイルドチェアーとポルタコット（新2019）はリクエストを承ります。

広いデザイナーキッチンは本当に豪華で、石造りのベンチトップ、Rocketエスプレッソコーヒーマシン、食器洗い機、新しい電子レンジ、大型ダブル冷蔵庫冷凍庫が備わっています。

2つのモダンなバスルーム - 1つはシャワー付きのエンスイート、もう1つはバスタブの上のシャワー付きです。

無制限のWi-Fi / Netflix

オープンプランのラウンジから大きなデッキに至る広いスライドドアがあり、ニカウヤシの木やネイティブのブッシュに覆われた湾の素敵な景色をご覧いただけます。

2番目のデッキでは、下の湾の景色も見られます。

屋外のリビングエリアとリラックスできる屋内スペースの選択は理想的な休暇の後戻りになります。

Nice place in good location

This Bach worked well for a group. Was great having the two bathrooms. Nice deck with some views. Comfortable beds.

jungle retreat

We enjoyed staying in the property as it was high up in the rainforest, with stunning views. Beach buckets and spades were put to immediate use, as were the Dr Seuss books, thank you. Three minor things made it less than perfect and we wrote a note explaining this We only found some maps on the last day and a welcome from Dave ( as Home Away didn't recognise my password until then)

yuck needs a good wash,but once inside a lovely comfortable place to stay BUT several light bulbs are out plus new batteries are needed in your tv remote, instuctions needed for your coffee machine.enough of complaints .We had a lovely 5 nights stay and saw the whole island enjoyed the dinners at the club.Thanks again Dave--- Ben.

Lovely house in a nice central location. Just keep the doors shut at night and use the air conditioning to avoid mosquitoes.

An overall pleasant stay in a good spot

The house was nice and only a 15 - 20 minute walk to the main Oneroa shops. Lovely view from balcony and kitchen. Close to other local shops but I would recommend the main shops in Oneroa, as they have better choice and are more reasonably priced.

Excellent holiday house. Has everything you need and is a lovely place to stay. Note that the bunk room is quite separated from the main two bedrooms if you have young children. A dryer (although not necessary in summer) would’ve been nice to dry towels for swimming.

Great house, including large terrace and fine sea view. High standard of kitchen, furniture, beds, etc. It is a bit off Oneroa centre and to maximise your holiday experience you will need a car throughout your stay. The heat pump/AC were not in order during our stay and there was smelly odor coming from the waste water pipes. We had to close windows and no A/C working which was not ideal.

Beautifully presented house which had everything we needed, including a bbq and a great deck to enjoy a glass of wine. Having wifi was a great bonus. Oneroa town is only a 20 minutes walk away so it's in a great location.

In a great handy spot, walking distance to Ferry (10 - 15mins), Movie Theatre (5 mins - don't miss it - all the seating is on couches), Oneroa Beach and shops/restaurants etc (10 - 15mins - a pleasant walk through the park). Lovely decks on both sides of the house and a garden for kids to race around in - I don't think this shows in the pics. All the beds were brand new, place lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again.

It just needs a decent can opener. There was no grater, we bought one and left it there. It could also do with two more bowls for salads and preparing food. Good beds and good location.

We loved this place, and will definitely be going back again! Really nicely presented, clean and tidy. Lovely views and big deck to enjoy them from. The kitchen was large and really well set up, with everything we needed - including coffee plunger! The beds were REALLY comfortable. The en-suite and and main bathroom were both large with great showers. ABSOLUTELY no hesitation in recommending this place. Perfect situation - close to everything we needed. Thank you :)

This place is so nice.

This place is so nice. We had an awesome time. The furnishings are Pretty much new. The photos don't reaaly do it justice. The new beds upstairs are fantastic. It was great to have access to the free Netflix. We didn't want to leave and would definitly recommend.
