LA TRANCHE SUR MER, La GriĂšre, a privileged location, villa built on a wooded plot of approximately 700 mÂČ, close to the beach and shops.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 double bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and its own balcony, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom (bathtub, sink), 1 separate toilet.
Ground floor: 1 dining room/living room, 1 kitchen opening onto a covered dining terrace with awning. 1 bathroom (shower, sink), 1 separate toilet.
Approximately 300 m from the sandy beach and 500 m from local shops. The center of La Tranche is approximately 3 km away.
Equipment: refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, television, vacuum cleaner, furniture, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, garden furniture. Holiday vouchers accepted. End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenant. A cleaning option is available upon reservation for âŹ130. Sheets and linens are not provided; a paid option is available upon reservation. Provide proof of liability insurance with the holiday clause. Electricity consumption is extra in the off-season. One pet allowed for âŹ25.

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La GriĂšre to La TerriĂšre via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de RĂ©, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
