- A fully-equipped kitchen with: toaster, oven, electric kettle, microwave oven, etc.
- A lounge with a 3-seater sofa and TV
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
The area :
The flat is ideally located in the hypercentre of Rennes, close to the Jacobins Convent, Place Hoche and one of the city's commercial arteries, this accommodation is ideally placed courtyard side of a quiet pedestrian street despite its strategic location. With 3 different sleeping arrangements available, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Transport links :
Buses and the metro are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The nearest station is Sainte-Anne, just a few stops from Gares station (accessible in 5 minutes via the metro).
If you are coming by car, the Hoche car park (chargeable) is less than 5 minutes' walk away.
Other remarks:
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- Bed linen and towels included
