Kamaole Sands is a beautiful, South Kihei resort, located directly across from Kamaole III Beach. Maui's best beach is a 2 minute walk from your front door. These are beautiful, golden sandy beaches that are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and romantic sunset strolls. They consistently rank among the world's top beaches.

This unit has been completely remodeled. King Tempurpedic bed, 55" Smart TV, ceiling fan, and brand new ductless air conditioning complete a very comfortable master bedroom.

Relaxing stay in Maui!

What I needed out of this trip was a place to relax, some cozy nap spots and a well-located home base during my trip to Maui, and this stay didn't disappoint! The place was clean and well appointed; I could easily have my ideal rhythm of pool>beach>nap>pool>beach as nothing was more than a minute's walk away! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

This place was just as described. Very clean, open floor plan and had everything we needed to get started for our week long trip. We are used to having ac where we are from and we are so glad the ac units worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. We loved the location and everything in the property. Comments: filter and underneath the dishwasher might need a thorough cleaning, we cleaned the filter so it stopped leaving residue on dishes, but further cleaning might be nice. We would rent again!

Awesome location

Great beach across the street, you can walk to 4 restaurants within 1/2 mile. Snorkeled with the turtles at the beach across the street. Beautiful condo grounds. Very nice condo and two baths is a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

Gorgeous property/Perfect location

Well kept, stylish condo. Great parking spot (shaded most of the day) Nice pool but so close to the beach it was hard to decide ! Just 2 of us so we didn’t use the sofa bed but could be great for larger groups.

Another great stay!

We decided to use the unit again for our honeymoon and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We noticed the new air conditioners and new doors for the bathrooms, nice upgrade and the ac worked perfectly! Stayed for the week and everything went well. Beach is a 5 minute walk and there are lots of good restaurants as well as grocery stores within a few miles. Yes, great place to stay!

Place is as described. Beautiful and comfortable home with all the amenities you could need. You can see the beach from the balcony. Beach simply across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and so comfy. Great gem for a holiday escape!

Superb Time in South Kihei

Beautiful grounds, supportive onsite staff, giant mango tree outside the complex, swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, EV charging onsite (6 stalls), across the street from the ocean and utterly superb condo made our trip wonderful. Communication and response time from the owners was excellent. Wholehearted recommendation.

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo was lovely, well appointed, modern and clean. Location at the south end of Kihei, adjacent to Wailea, is very convenient for outstanding beaches, shopping and wonderful restaurants. I heartily recommend Kandice’s condo.

Great place to stay.

As a former local, Kihei was where locals would stay (as opposed to the Kaanapali area), but it's so different now. This was a great place to stay. Clean, nice amenities, and convenient to everything. Check in was easy, and no visit to the office for check out. Easy access to nearby beaches, and closer to all the fun things than if staying around Lahaina or Kaanapali. The unit had a great crossbreeze and is located near the swimming pool, which my daughter really liked. Furnishings and decor were top notch.

Amazing getaway!

My husband and I had a fabulous time at this condo! The unit was clean and well appointed and the property grounds are lovely! The location is wonderful with a great beach across the street and the chairs and umbrellas in the storage room were very handy. We appreciated the washer and dryer and full kitchen which were very useful. Additionally the host was extremely accommodating with some of our travel changes which was such a relief and much appreciated. We would strongly recommend this spot and plan to visit again!

Excellent Property and Location

This property is exactly as described - if not better! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that you could ever want or need! There are beach towels, beach toys, beach umbrella, a cooler, etc. The property of the condo is very well maintained, and because this is across from a beautiful beach, this is the perfect place to stay in Kihei. We loved every second staying here. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip to Maui! This condo did not dissappoint! It was clean, well furnished and stocked, and provided everything we could have needed and more! The location is perfect near shops, resturaunts, beaches, and more. We enjoyed the peaceful morning sunrises and evening sunsets from the lanai. The pool and hot tub were clean and provided an excellent alternative to the beach on the hot days. Convenient Location

This property was very convenient to stay at. It's across the street from Kamaole Beach which has nice park grounds. It's a short walk to some pretty good restaurants and an easy drive to Iao Valley, Lahaina and the Haleakala Crater. The condo was clean and had the advertised amenities. We had a flight delay of 13 1/2 hrs and didn't check in until 2am. The office was open 24hrs and check in was easy.

Beautiful unit

We've stayed many times at Kamaole sands in various units. This is one of the nicest. It was so comfortable for our 10 day stay. The split AC is very effective and quiet! Although it's not needed during the day...the location is nice and cool with a cross breeze. Thanks for letting us use your home on Maui!

Kamoale Sands

Great resort and room. The host was fantastic to do deal with, very good at communicating and problem solving when we had any issues. Also accommodating on a last minute basis. The room itself was very clean well kept. We were at the resort with a number other people so we had a chance to see some other rooms throughout our stay and ours was certainly one of the nicer and well taken care of. Would definitely rent with Kandice again in the future.

Amazing place!

This is our second time here at Kamaole Sands and it was so awesome! The place is clean, quiet and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We are already talking about coming back next year. The unit is close to the pool/spa, which we enjoyed a few times. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach across the street. You’ll have to experience a Maui sunset, purely amazing! If comfort and memories are what you desire, this is the place. Much aloha!

1st time in Maui

The condo was perfect!, from the location to the living space, everything was A+. Exactly as listed online, great comfortable beds with a "magic" pillow that put me into a deep sleep every night which is not typical for me as I am a horrible sleeper(I checked out what brand it was and immediately ordered 2 online upon returning home lol) Kandace was lightening fast to answer any questions we had. Check in and out was a breeze and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Maui. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Great unit in an ideal location

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Well-appointed. Beautifully decorated. A responsive owner. An ideal location. The complex is nicely manicured with an inviting pool and hot tub area. Right across the street from a beautiful beach and close to wailea and kihei beaches and restaurants. Minor updates to listing: pool snack bar is gone and "mai tai party" is now a BYOB hula show (with excellent live Hawaiian music). Owner was very flexible when we had to move dates when Hawaii shut down in October 2020. Can't wait to return.
