Prime Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit at Dunes Village Resort. Great location close to shopping, dining, golf, and everything Myrtle Beach has to offer! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals! This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in the Palms Tower at Dunes Village Resort offers 1,390 sq. ft. of comfort and style, accommodating up to 10 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs in every bedroom. The master suite boasts a king bed, private bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and balcony access with stunning Atlantic Ocean views. The second and third bedrooms each feature two queen beds and share a modern bathroom. Perfect for your next beach getaway!



The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as "The Golden Mile." Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort's large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children's pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle's Best breakfast/coffee facility. *The Water Parks are Heated and fully enclosed from November 22nd – April 30th.

Exactly what we wanted!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was well represented in the descriptions. Bedrooms were very roomy and comfortable. Balcony was beyond expectations.My only recommendation is for a deep cleaning of areas (cracks, crevices, back of drawers, etc)that get missed in general cleaning.

The property was well maintained, no major issues. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Being oceanfront was a huge draw and did not disappoint. We did many of the touristy things there in MB, lots to do for the kids. The Luxury Beach Rental staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to stay in MB.

As soon as we arrived I went to check out the view on the patio. When opening the patio door the handle fell off. It was held together with screws and paper towels. The outside handle was gone. Then my kids brought me several beer cans and pills that they found under their beds. Not very luxurious!

The location is perfect!!! The sofa bed is stained badly and needs a new one altogether. A fresh coat of paint would improve the freshness and clean look as well as changing carpet in the hallways. Everything else is amazing!!! Great upkeep of pools and beach! When using the VRB0 it would be great to have an on call rep available for after hours need.

A great stay on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in this condo and had a great time - The resort was great with plenty of families there, water fun, and right on the beach. The condo’s 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were a great layout for a family or group of friends to stay and had everything we needed. It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The hosts were great with communication - before and during our trip. I would definitely return!
