Direct Oceanfront 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit at Dunes Village Resort. Great location close to shopping, dining, golf, and everything Myrtle Beach has to offer! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals! This is a 1660 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo, located in the Palms Tower, boasts three balconies, each with breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean. This beautiful unit comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher, washer and dryer, free wireless internet and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath with luxurious Jacuzzi tub and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen-size beds with private balcony and access to the second bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both feature a queen-size bed with shared access to the 3rd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom also includes a private balcony with stunning ocean views.

The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as "The Golden Mile." Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort's large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children's pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle's Best breakfast/coffee facility.

*The Water Parks are Heated and fully enclosed from November 22nd – April 30th.

We love staying at this resort! It is away from a lot of the main part of MB so its neighborhood is more residential than commercial. The resort has so much for the whole family and all ages. The room could accommodate the whole family…5 adults and 3 children. We have been coming for several years and will continue to come back!

Thanks to Hurricane Debby, it rained every day except 2 but our condo was a great place to play cards, watch movies, eat good food, spend time with family and even take a nap.

condo is in desperate need of updating furnishing. Bathrooms left much to be desired. Sink in master bathran continuously until we shut water off ourselves. Had people come to fix 3 times and each time they said theywould have to get a plumber. Seriously?

Family Vacay

Our stay was lovely. There were a few bumps in our stay but the manager and all of the maintenance people were fantastic. They took great care to ensure we had what we needed and were very responsive. We did have quite a few people stop in to fix things, but this just made the stay more enjoyable when it was all handled. The rooms were lovely and the space was just as described. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Nice condo for a family

Dunes Village Resort is a large condo complex located oceanfront in a nice section of North Myrtle Beach. Our unit was clean, well stocked with kitchen items as well as linens & very comfortable. The balcony overlooks the beach. 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms were perfect for our extended family of 12. The beach is flat & clean & the outdoor pools, indoor pool plus water park is an added plus for the kids. We would return & recommend this unit.

Labor Day weekend

We booked last minute due to a reservation disaster with another property. The property is very much as advertised. Very accommodating, clean, with great view. Master bedroom has amazing view. Waterpark is awesome for hotel. The “Sargent Carter” directing traffic in/out only makes situation worse. He needs to chill! The waterpark atmosphere changes dramatically as evening approaches to a wilder, rowdier crowd.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room is just “ok”. Walls & doors had dirt on them. The whole place could use a fresh coat of paint. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Leaky faucets. **** roach crawling on bedroom floor on last night. The whole resort is very rundown & old. For the money we paid, we expected much better conditions. We won’t go back & do not recommend it.

Relaxing

We took my Mother to have a nice relaxing time by the beach between her cancer treatments. It was just what the doctor ordered. :) We had 8 Adults and it was perfect - I would not have wanted any more people in there though. This wasn’t the fault of the owner but there was someone smoking marijuana in a unit close to us and the smell was terrible and we could not use our terrace during those times. Some people are very inconsiderate!! We were very disappointed with that part but everything else was great!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely weekend winter getaway. Everything was as expected and as pictured. Communication from the listers was great. They notified us in advance that there was a partial water park closure which we appreciated. My only two issues with this property: 1. The owner needs to do some updating. It's a beautiful place but needs some love. How old are those drapes? Fresh paint wouldn't hurt either, perhaps more comfortable patio furniture since this view was the reason we stayed at this listing. 2. This resort, room, and patio was to be non smoking, but there was smoking everywhere we turned, just keep that in mind, especially when trying to enjoy the patio. There was a lot. Did I call about it? No, because honestly what are they going to do? We had lovely trip and we appreciated the communication from the listers. Huge shoutout to housekeeping - towels, sheets, everything was all clean and tidy.

The beds were decent, the bedding it’s self could be a little more cozy. There are extra blankets in the closets that my kids used. The kitchen is small but has everything that is needed for your stay. The bathrooms were nice size the showers in the smaller bathrooms always had a small drip in them. The master bathroom was nice. One sink was slow to drain but still worked. The water park area was great for the kids. The main outdoor pools do seem to get a little over crowded. While I was worried about only have two elevators it never seemed to be a problem. Over all it was a nice stay. I think a little extra elbow grease could be used to clean the condo as we had some mysterious things on the bathroom wall. We just bought some cleaning spray and wiped things down. I would recommend the condo to a friend.
