This is our second time to stay at the home. We meet my son and his family for a weekend visit (he's in NM and we are in Arkansas).Beautiful, clean home with a perfect layout for our group. Particularly like the private bathrooms in two of the bedrooms. This is our first choice anytime we go to Amarillo.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood - close to a very nice walking trail. It was so spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms with super long countertops and tons of storage space. Everything new and clean. We enjoyed the ping pong table! Our only problem was we arrived late at night and had trouble seeing the house number - a light shining on it would have been helpful. I also didn't know the driveway is accessed through an alley behind the house, and we couldn't see house numbers back there, either. But all of this didn't detract from our experience.

The property is just as it is shown online. The home was clean and comfortable for our family to gather in Amarillo for a family wedding. We had everything we needed with the exception of soap and shampoo. Those needed to be replenished but overall all was great.

Excellent Experience!

We have stayed at many BNB properties and this one tops our list in several categories. Communication with host was great! We had a late arrival and house was well lit in each room which was very welcoming. Rooms were well supplied with necessary amenities, WiFi instructions clearly posted in multiple locations, beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows/blankets, very clean and beautifully decorated! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice neighborhood, new home

Enjoyed our quiet walk to a park in the neighborhood. Hot tub was lovely and home was immaculate and perfectly arranged for our group of adult siblings. The garage and parking is in the rear of a home down the alley. I wish we’d had a garage door opener to use in the car. Perhaps one was available but I didn’t ask. The host was very responsive with other request. Also Apple Maps wasn’t totally accurate for this new street in the neighborhood but easy enough to find. Highly recommend this place.

Above and Beyond

This was a great vacation rental. The neighborhood was very nice. The house was neat, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved staying here. The guest contact, Sheila, went above and beyond as there was a huge winter storm with 6 inches of snow the weekend we came. She arrived at the home before we came and put a space heater in the garage and cleaned off the driveway so our arrival would be smooth, safe and easy. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great!

Very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, and appliances to be able to cook like being at home. Everything looks brand new.

Family fun

We enjoyed a weekend get away with our son, daughter in law and infant grandson. The house was fantastic! There were two master suites that met our needs perfectly. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. We had everything we needed including coffee and snacks. Will definitely stay here again!

New home with plush amenities

We loved this home! New, clean, fully stocked, and plush furniture and bedding. This house really feels like a home away from home! The hot tub was clean as well and a nice recovery after a long day competing. Loved this house!

Wonderful Property!!

An immaculate property in a new neighborhood. This house was perfect for our family. The 4 bedrooms, 3 bath open floorplan made it easy for us spend time with one another and no one was crowded. Excellent host!
