Summary:
You must sign and agree to our HOA agreement. The HOA agreement needs to be submitted at least 14 days before arrival.
This condo can not be booked if we are within eight nights of your check in date. We have a 14 night minimum, please inquire if you are looking to stay less than 14 nights.

The Space:
Everything you could want is This locale is prime and can not be matched with it's magnificent sunsets .

This adorable direct Gulf front condo feels more like a private beach resort than a condo. Enter the elegant foyer through double entry doors and be prepared to be shocked as you witness the unbelievable views from the master bedroom, kitchen and living area. Upon entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast nook, the breakfast nook has a private balcony which overlooks the tennis court area. The open space living area has beach views along with the master bedroom, the master bedroom features a king bed . The beachfront balcony extends width of the master bedroom and living room. The second bedroom features 2 full beds along with a private balcony.

The beach club offers 24/7 security, heated pool & spa, tennis court, a bbq area, a large party room with kitchen, billiards room and a fitness center which includes a therapeutic hot tub, sauna and steam room. Of course private beach access to the beautiful Sand Key beach and the GULF OF MEXICO are just steps out your back door. Walk to great restaurants and shops. Only 35 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

Everyone will appreciate the beach rentals convenient and secure location, within a walking distance to restaurants and only 30 minutes drive to Tampa. Oceanside Treasure is beach front has a shared pool and terrific location on a gorgeous beach.

No Response to Problems

We contacted the property manager about a toilet not working within a day of checking in - After multiple texts / and phone calls the toilet was NOT fixed !I finally got a response with LESS than 24 hours of our 1 week stay that they would expedite the problem - we were checking out in less than a day !Ridiculous - so we went from a 2 1/2 bath to a 2 bath for the entire week !Horrible response time from them !

4th of July family trip

Upon arriving the directions given were for a security guard to let you into the hotel but when we got there and talked to the guard they looked at us like we were crazy and made the check in process a bit worrisome. Once we got in the unit there was a couple things broken such as handles for outside patios (multiple doors had broken handles going in and out), there was a missing fob to gain access to the unit which did make it difficult for us a with 4 adults and 2 kids. Finally the biggest issue of all was the fridge in the unit did not work, AT ALL! The front of the fridge was showing error codes and the inside was only temping to 57 degrees causing all sorts of issues again with us having essentially 2 families on property. The property manager didn’t care at all, their response was “well there’s another fridge in the unit isn’t that enough” the other fridge was a mini fridge and in no way would that hold our needs. Once a maintenance person finally got there they said the fridge was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. I made the property manager aware of the issue day 1 and no one even came out for 4 days. I was made to feel like it was no big deal and to just deal with it when in turn they should of had another fridge out there. Almost $5k spent on our first family vacation in 2 years and honestly I wish we went somewhere else because of these issues. Won’t be going back again. The only reason for 2 stars is the condo was updated well.

Advertised as superb property and was not disappointed! Great location, well kept property and everyone was so nice! Would definitely come back to this property!

Awesome Condo!!!

Condo was beautiful, plus spotless! Beds were very comfortable! Loved the kitchen, especially the blender for our afternoon Pina Coladas! Great view of the pool and beach. The beach was very secluded and felt at times, like it was our own private beach! The pool supply room was wonderful, having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, toys, etc. etc. was a definite plus to the trip. The only downside is we were not allowed to play music at the pool. We didn't have it up very loud, but a resident, in no uncertain terms, reminded us of the rules. So, we spent most of our time at the beach...which was WONDERFUL anyways! Great distance to all the "action" .......Pier, Restaurants, Boat Tours in Clearwater.

What a view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just to clarify that this is a review of the 3 bedroom Oceanside Paradise. We were actually there for the months of January and February. Clean, beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom corner unit. We had a few minor maintenance issues,which were quickly resolved. There are new appliances and furniture through out. Eventually needs a kitchen and bathroom remodel, but fine for rentals. The location can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived at condo and found it quite nice. Very clean , lovely view very happy to be there. Had several electrical issues starting w outlets in master bath didn’t work but we found the breaker box and the had been thrown. Then the kitchen outlet started popping which was incredibly frightening. Communicated with Alan and finally 38 hrs later an electrician arrived. He left , next or day after pop pop pop in the kitchen. When I touched base with Alan he made me to feel as if I was bothering him. Well for over 6500.00, this is not my responsibility this is yours I was made to wait another 12 hrs for the electrician who showed up and was incredibly upset at at how Alan spoke to him. Sad on my vacation I had to be brought into this situation. Never an apology nothing. Only texts asking if everything was fixed Asked what constitutes an emergency with them and the response was water shooting out of a pipe. Good to know electrical is not an emergency . Shocking. Loved the condo. Not the mgmt company who have no customer service skills and are incredibly cheap when it comes to an issue . Other mgmt companies hv this property listed

The condo was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. All the beds were so cozy, very comfortable couches, luxurious bathrooms...even the bedroom carpets were a dream to walk on! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We love the private location of Sand Key beach and the complex felt very safe. Our kiddos especially loved the hot tub next to the pool for those cooler evenings. Overall perfect and if we ever get to travel to Sand Key again we will for sure try to rent this property!

Beautiful, clean condo, on the beach!!!

This condo unit was perfect for our family 5! It has everything you can need for a great stay. It has a beautiful view of the beach. It is steps away to the beach. It was clean and adorable! The only negative of this place is that the pool is not very family friendly. If you have young children that find joy playing in a pool, and perhaps they squeal in excitement, they will be shooshed! Also, no toys are allowed in the pool except floating noodles. Let’s say your 5 year old is excited to head to the beach and launches a frisbee that lands in the pool (when no other people are even at the pool area), a security guard will come on over a loud speaker to remind you no toys are allowed. It is actually comical. I respect that this is a private and older community but it literally is sad to see that pure joy of young children is squashed. Overall, we would probably stay here and head to our grandparents’ pool down the street.

Great property

The beach was just so so, but I think that’s due to the weather we had while there. The condo is amazing. Everything was very clean. I could see how things might become difficult if you have multiple kids in the pool and they start to play. Owners that were in the pool are not friendly at all look at renters like they are aliens. But we just stayed calm while they were in the pool and did more of our playing at night in the pool while they were in bed. Other than that great property

Amazing!

We loved the location and condo. We have teenage girls who like to come and go and this was perfect. We felt completely comfortable with them going back and forth from the beach without us. And the view was absolutely gorgeous.
