Summary:
You must sign and agree to our HOA agreement. The HOA agreement needs to be submitted at least 14 days before arrival.
This condo can not be booked if we are within eight nights of your check in date. We have a 14 night minimum, please inquire if you are looking to stay less than 14 nights.

The Space:

This adorable direct Gulf front condo feels more like a private beach resort than a condo. Enter the elegant foyer through double entry doors and be prepared to be shocked as you witness the unbelievable views from the master bedroom, kitchen and living area. Upon entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast nook, the breakfast nook has a private balcony which overlooks the tennis court area. The open space living area has beach views along with the master bedroom, the master bedroom features a king bed . The beachfront balcony extends width of the master bedroom and living room. The second bedroom features 2 full beds along with a private balcony.

The beach club offers 24/7 security, heated pool & spa, tennis court, a bbq area, a large party room with kitchen, billiards room and a fitness center which includes a therapeutic hot tub, sauna and steam room. Of course private beach access to the beautiful Sand Key beach and the GULF OF MEXICO are just steps out your back door. Walk to great restaurants and shops. Only 35 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

Everyone will appreciate the beach rentals convenient and secure location, within a walking distance to restaurants and only 30 minutes drive to Tampa. Oceanside Treasure is beach front has a shared pool and terrific location on a gorgeous beach.

Amazing!

We loved the location and condo. We have teenage girls who like to come and go and this was perfect. We felt completely comfortable with them going back and forth from the beach without us. And the view was absolutely gorgeous.

Great place, great location. Clean, looks newly renovated. Would definitely return.

We had a great time. This third floor condo was very clean, it looks newly renovated. We loved the location; beach front, close to shops and restaurants, near Clearwater beach. Comfortable beds, nice large TV's, spacious kitchen. Checkin documentation could be more thorough like what to expect at the gate, front door key entry (there are to two key pads, door and lockbox), and wifi and password incorrect. But overall this was a great experience and would definitely come back.

No Response to Problems

We contacted the property manager about a toilet not working within a day of checking in - After multiple texts / and phone calls the toilet was NOT fixed !I finally got a response with LESS than 24 hours of our 1 week stay that they would expedite the problem - we were checking out in less than a day !Ridiculous - so we went from a 2 1/2 bath to a 2 bath for the entire week !Horrible response time from them !

Great property

The beach was just so so, but I think that’s due to the weather we had while there. The condo is amazing. Everything was very clean. I could see how things might become difficult if you have multiple kids in the pool and they start to play. Owners that were in the pool are not friendly at all look at renters like they are aliens. But we just stayed calm while they were in the pool and did more of our playing at night in the pool while they were in bed. Other than that great property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just to clarify that this is a review of the 3 bedroom Oceanside Paradise. We were actually there for the months of January and February. Clean, beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom corner unit. We had a few minor maintenance issues,which were quickly resolved. There are new appliances and furniture through out. Eventually needs a kitchen and bathroom remodel, but fine for rentals. The location can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome Condo!!!

Condo was beautiful, plus spotless! Beds were very comfortable! Loved the kitchen, especially the blender for our afternoon Pina Coladas! Great view of the pool and beach. The beach was very secluded and felt at times, like it was our own private beach! The pool supply room was wonderful, having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, toys, etc. etc. was a definite plus to the trip. The only downside is we were not allowed to play music at the pool. We didn't have it up very loud, but a resident, in no uncertain terms, reminded us of the rules. So, we spent most of our time at the beach...which was WONDERFUL anyways! Great distance to all the "action" .......Pier, Restaurants, Boat Tours in Clearwater.

Beautiful, clean condo, on the beach!!!

This condo unit was perfect for our family 5! It has everything you can need for a great stay. It has a beautiful view of the beach. It is steps away to the beach. It was clean and adorable! The only negative of this place is that the pool is not very family friendly. If you have young children that find joy playing in a pool, and perhaps they squeal in excitement, they will be shooshed! Also, no toys are allowed in the pool except floating noodles. Let’s say your 5 year old is excited to head to the beach and launches a frisbee that lands in the pool (when no other people are even at the pool area), a security guard will come on over a loud speaker to remind you no toys are allowed. It is actually comical. I respect that this is a private and older community but it literally is sad to see that pure joy of young children is squashed. Overall, we would probably stay here and head to our grandparents’ pool down the street.

Great remodeled condo

Wonderful, spacious, comfortable. Great beach front location on Sand Key where it’s not so busy and crowded. Unit is well stocked with kitchen items, which was a pleasant surprise. Keypad entry is nice touch. Only minor complaints: handles are falling off every sliding door and they won’t lock. Let the rental managers know and they didn’t respond. For coffee lovers, there’s only a Keurig coffee machine in the unit and it only half worked and we had to buy the pods for it; it wasn’t working and took some messing around with to get the coffee to come out correctly the first day we arrived. Heavy smokers in the unit directly to the south means every time we wanted to be out on the balcony enjoying the view, we were getting secondhand smoke blown directly at us. That was the worst bit. Security on the property didn’t seem to know whether it was allowed (there are no smoking signs everywhere) and wouldn’t do anything about it so we just had to deal with it.

Great place for Senior Citizens

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice. Beds are comfy and there is lots of space. There is a tennis court right outside the door. We played ever day since there was no sun on the pool until 2pm. Also speaking of the pool, it is a wonderful pool as long as you are not a kid. It’s spring break and kids just want to have fun jumping in pool, playing with toys in the pool but in this pool you can only do laps or sit around on your noodle and talk. So if you someone who like those kinds of thing this is a perfect place away from all of that. But if you have kids I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. I literally think I broke every rule in their book and believe me it’s long. The beginning of of stay did not go so well either. Our first day we pulled up and there was no security guard to let us in (gated condos) since our plane got in at 12 am. Our kids were tired and we just want to get into our condo and go to bed. So an hour later we finally find someone to help us which at this point we are angry. Then all the rule at the pool and to top it off, the beach is super shell. Like cut up your feet shelly. So we didn’t really go to the beach as much and we had a hard time not breaking the rules in the pool. After staying at the condo for 5 days we divided to find somewhere else to have fun. So we went to the SandPearl Resort where a kid can be a kid!!

4th of July family trip

Upon arriving the directions given were for a security guard to let you into the hotel but when we got there and talked to the guard they looked at us like we were crazy and made the check in process a bit worrisome. Once we got in the unit there was a couple things broken such as handles for outside patios (multiple doors had broken handles going in and out), there was a missing fob to gain access to the unit which did make it difficult for us a with 4 adults and 2 kids. Finally the biggest issue of all was the fridge in the unit did not work, AT ALL! The front of the fridge was showing error codes and the inside was only temping to 57 degrees causing all sorts of issues again with us having essentially 2 families on property. The property manager didn’t care at all, their response was “well there’s another fridge in the unit isn’t that enough” the other fridge was a mini fridge and in no way would that hold our needs. Once a maintenance person finally got there they said the fridge was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. I made the property manager aware of the issue day 1 and no one even came out for 4 days. I was made to feel like it was no big deal and to just deal with it when in turn they should of had another fridge out there. Almost $5k spent on our first family vacation in 2 years and honestly I wish we went somewhere else because of these issues. Won’t be going back again. The only reason for 2 stars is the condo was updated well.
