Thank you for your review and feedback. We were surprised to read your review after check out and we just wanted to sincerely apologize. We had no idea of these issues during your stay or when you checked in, but we wished you would have told us immediately so we could have sent out a cleaner to make those issues right. We do not leave units like that, and are sad you didn't get to have an experience like the other reviews state for this unit.

It was a massive liability for your safety and the owner of this condo's safety, so yes, we were concerned for EVERYONE involved. You never reached out to say you were staying, we were informed by someone on the board afterwards. We have never had someone disobey a state mandated mandatory evacuation order. Uber was still operating before the storm hit, and we told you we would drive you inland ourselves, but you told us you were going to rent a car- you never discussed issues finding a car until now. When we met you the day before the storm to close the shutters, you promised you had plans to leave. We never expected you to risk your lives and stay in a mandatory evacuation zone. You had two days to find a car/ride off the beaches and we notified you multiple times of this. We checked in with you numerous times after the storm- once we found out you did not evacuate- to ensure you were okay and to tell you that the Sheriff was providing shuttles to evacuate people. We asked how you got off the beaches because when you did, the bridges were still closed to everyone. As we told you, we are refunding the days under the mandatory evacuation. We are still working on catching up after being without power or internet for multiple days after both storms. Your refund has already been processed and sent out to you. We have NEVER had someone disobey an order from the state like that, so we are a bit dumbfounded by the unnecessary risk taken, and overall very upset about the dishonesty.

We are very happy that you had a good vacation! It's nice to hear that you enjoyed your time staying with us. We do not have control over the amenities at the building, but we will speak to building management about checking into those. As for the interior, the beds are queen size beds. The guest room's bed is a queen Murphy bed and may be a little smaller than a regular sized queen, but definitely isn't a full size bed. We haven't experienced any issues with the washer and dryer and our cleaners haven't had any issues with them either. Thank you for your review!
