Conveniently located between Palm Beach and Onetangi, you’re just a 5-minute drive to two of Waiheke’s most beloved beaches and only 4 minutes to the Ostend commercial strip, home to the vibrant Saturday market and the island’s largest supermarkets.

The main dwelling is designed for open-plan living featuring high ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a modular living room that flows onto the ocean-view deck. The outside space is equipped with sun loungers, outdoor table and a large cantilever umbrella for enjoyable al fresco dining.

On the upstairs level you'll find a cosy, private space fitted with a couple's queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs, a second couple's room offers a super king bed that opens onto the main deck for extra space and natural comfort. Besides it, a single bedroom can host another adult or be transformed into a kid's bedroom upon request. The second bathroom is fully equipped with shower, bathtub and toilet.

As a family home, baby safety gear, sleeping equipment, and toys for ages 0 to 5 can be provided upon request.

There are two on-site parking spaces and an EV charging station, available for a nominal fee to cover charging costs.

This eco-friendly home minimises waste and plastic use and embraces the principles of Essentialist Living. The owners will be happy to share their favourite eco-tips for your stay in and outside the home.

The one-off host fee is to cover cleaning services before and after departure, as well as fresh linen provided by the 3rd party property manager.

As a purpose-minded family, a percentage of booking proceeds will be donated to charities supporting underserved communities in New Zealand and overseas.
