Disappointing property with great local management

Local manager was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The unit was new and of great quality, nicely decorated but being new construction there were some convenience features and amenities that were lacking. (No towel rods, hooks, no where to hang anything, no shelves in bathroom, kitchen equipment was sparse). The real issue was looking out to a murky pool, denuded landscape and lackluster peek a boo view of the water. We booked based on photos of the pool and we were hoping to use it during our stay but learned upon arrival that it was under maintenance. I would not have booked this property knowing that we couldn’t use the pool and the view was also not as expected. There was no where to sit by the pool, no chairs or green lawn.No effort was made to inform us about the pool before we arrived and no concessions were made. This property has great potential but still needs some upgrades and finishing touches..

We are glad you enjoyed your stay, but very sorry everything was not ready for you at this new property, as it should have been.  The pool is now functioning and sparkling clean.  The pool furniture is in place.  There are hooks on the bathroom doors for towels and two large drawers in each bathroom for guests to use.  The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dish towels, and more.  Landscaping is not yet 100% complete, but getting closer.  All units have a private outdoor sitting area and a lovely view of the sea.
