A brand new, architecturally designed home situated with panoramic lake views & a short, flat 10 minute walk into central Queenstown. A 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with expansive outdoor entertaining areas including a deck, patio and private spa pool. This property brings together luxury living spaces with modern, nature themed finishes.

Spread across 3 levels, with this property you are guaranteed luxury finishings and materials at every turn. The private entrance opens up to the bottom level, which features a large mud room – perfect for dropping off ski and adventure gear – and a double car garage.
On level 1, you’ll find two large, open guest bedrooms featuring king split beds, large wardrobes and floor to ceiling windows. One connects directly to the family bathroom which includes a large freestanding egg bath as well as a separate shower, while the other includes an ensuite with a rain head shower. On this level you’ll also find a fully fitted laundry with washer and dryer, as well as a spacious media room, complete with bean bags and a large balcony to make this the ultimate chill out spot.
The views are everywhere in this villa and they quite literally follow you throughout the property. Entering the upstairs kitchen, living and dining area is simply a site to behold. The panoramic views are captured by floor to ceiling windows lakeside so you can watch the day roll through from sunrise over the Remarkables mountain range, to sunset down towards Walter Peak Station. A full kitchen offers everything you, or a private chef, could need to entertain. There’s a separate powder room on this level, as well as a large study with desk and sofa, so should you need to work while on vacation, you can do it in the utmost comfort. This holiday home in Queenstown has spectacular lake views from the living area with gas fireplace and TV means that cosy nights in are absolutely on the table, and a fabulous option at that!
The master bedroom adjoins the upstairs living area with a large walk in robe with a floor to ceiling mirror as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower. Water views are featured once again with sights out towards the Remarkable mountain range as well as across the lake towards Kelvin Heights. This is a bed you won’t want to leave in the morning.
Outside you have a large dining table and seating area and just small walk towards the back of the garden and nestled privately in the trees, you’ll find a Stoked spa pool, perfectly positioned to capture your lake views while relaxing the day away.
