The Space:

This modern self-contained 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for couples or small families looking for somewhere central that also has unobstructed views of the Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables Mountain Range.

Situated within a short 10 minute walk to town, restaurants and shops, Panorama Escape is beautifully presented, compact and puts you at ease.

The apartment opens into the main living space with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge with leather sofas, televisions, gas fireplace, electric wall heater and dining table.

The large sliding door onto the balcony floods the apartment with natural light absorbing the stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The cosy bedrooms are on either side of the apartment to ensure privacy, with each having a separate door leading out to the back balcony area bringing in additional light.



BEDROOMS:

There are 2 bedrooms as follows:

Master bedroom: 1 x Queen + ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2: 2 x Singles (that can be zipped together to an Extra King Size - linen and setup available upon request) + television + ensuite bathroom

Lounge area: 1 x Double sofabed (linen and setup available upon request)

- Rates are a guide only & subject to change

- Note special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay

- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean

- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply

- Prices are for up to 6 people.

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member

This was a wonderful location with a great view of the lake and mountains. My only criticism is that payment and communication was completed through another platform and application vs everything through VRBO.

The view is even better than the pictures. It’s breathtaking. Everything we needed for cooking, laundry, etc.. was available unlike many other places. We loved having a grill. This is one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Only one small thing is to make sure if you are driving that the garage is very tight. We had a small SUV and fit fine just takes a little maneuvering (backing in is the trick).

Well appointed, modern and conveniently located with a truly "panoramic" view. Booking and info sharing was easy and complete. I would definitely stay here again if i am ever lucky enough to come back.

Every morning, we woke up to this splendid view, and it never got old. The place was great; we stayed there 6 nights and the 4 (two couples) of us were busy every day. The location is close enough for walking about Queenstown (and we are late 60's early 70's from the US) and we all agreed that the location was ideal for our needs. It was a wee bit cold during our visit, but the gas fireplace was the go-to technology for warming - a couple clicks and bam, it was lit. New Zealand is our new favorite place on earth!

It’s a great spot with a great view and very usable deck space to sit out side. It’s not very close to town but walkable if you wanted to do it. We didn’t. The bed was not very comfortable it seemed a bit old and could do with a replacement. It was clean and tidy and an enjoyable place for 4 people to stay. Parking is tight.

Very clean, well kept property, about a 1.5 km walk into town (the walk back home up the hill will keep you fit). Check in easy, plenty of linen/towels, etc. Easy to communicate with Goodstays when I had a question. but that's expected given its school holidays and the location.

Incredible stay!

The property was amazing. Exactly as described and exactly as the pictures perceive. Check-in was absolutely seamless, and the property has incredible views. A short walk into town would definitely stay again it has everything you need!

Spacious, well equipped and spectacular views

The apartment was spacious, clean and had a really well equipped kitchen. We couldn’t get enough of the views from the balcony. Spectacular! The walk into town is easy and we used Uber for the short Ride back up the hill rmany times

Beautiful views and very clean. Fully equipped apartment. Could not fault. Small issue was that garage was difficult to park the car (due to the design), but easier if reverses in. Would definitely stay again if in Queenstown ever on the future.
