Situated in a prime location, Mohua Lane backs onto beautiful Middleton Park, a space
to relax after a long day at work and
picnic with friends and family, exercise, this offers the perfect spot.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, open plan
kitchen, dining and living area creating a great space
for entertaining and family gatherings.

An added feature is the washer/dryer combination in the kitchen.
Upstairs is a full-size bedroom with two built-in
wardrobes and high storage space, perfect for all your bedroom needs. Also located on this floor is a full-size bathroom.

You will have all access to the entire property.

The real beauty of our home lies in its proximity to the 5-hectare park that our property overlooks. It's the perfect place for kids to run around and explore, and for adults to relax and unwind. Take a stroll through the park's walking trails, pack a picnic, or simply bask in the sun while taking in the stunning scenery.

As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern décor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, smart TV, and plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

Nestled in the desirable neighbourhood of Upper Riccarton, Christchurch, lies this contemporary residence within the exclusive Mohua Lane community. Bordering this private community is the expansive Middleton Park, providing an idyllic setting for dog walks, outdoor exercise, sports activities, and delightful picnics with friends.

Benefitting from its prime location, this suburb offers easy access to Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, the Botanical Gardens, and the convenience of Riccarton Mall with Pak n Save supermarket just a stone's throw away. Moreover, Mohua Lane is a short stroll away from the esteemed University of Canterbury, making it a perfect choice for those seeking proximity to education and other amenities.

Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently.

Should you have a vehicle there is free on-street parking available outside the development on Wharenui Road, although it can get occupied during work hours, it usually opens up in the evenings. In the surrounding streets there is also options.

Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities designated for others or parking along yellow lines, as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

If you have a vehicle you can park these on Wharenui Road or on a nearby street, where parking is both free and without time restrictions.

Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Clean and comfortable property in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The sofa bed was actually very comfortable and the additional touches in the kitchen (hot chocolate, sweets,)were very nice. Check in information was clear and communication was very efficient. It's definitely not central but if you have a car or don't mind taking the bus, it's about 10-15mins away from the centre. It was perfect for our 2 nights after returning from the coast. Would recommend!

Very clean and modern townhouse. Bedroom is upstairs and living area down. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom was very nice and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and warm. Our only issue was the parking; it was mentioned in the initial description that you had to park on the street but this was not prominent in the description. There is no parking by the unit and then you have to walk through the complex and find parking on a street nearby. We were able to park briefly in front of the unit to drop off our bags but coming and going we had to street park which was sometimes challenging.
